Plugin - MQ2BerZerker (1 Viewer) 3.1.52471.11

it seems to work fine with manual mode, but when i change to tank mode on the drop down it wont fire. When i run kissassist tank i put cry havoc in the dps section and it fires but I think it is kiss doing it because I dont see the message Using: Cry Havoc in the Zerker spam window like i do in manual mode.
 
I'd also mention again that doing cry havoc automatically while in raid mode is a no-no.
 
and for what reason is it that you don't want to use it?

The buff is nothing to sneer at.

Ohh, sorry, I meant War cry. Cry Havoc is fine to spam all day long. War Cry shouldn't automatically fire when it's off CD, at least when you're in manual mode + raid mode.

Justification is if you're using mq2berzerker in a raid (in manual mode) and driving the toon, most likely there is a war cry MGB rotation going. Blowing war cry when it's off CD is basically fucking the raid.

Sum1 noted my next question:
I have multiple berserkers in my raid and I want to stagger War Cry at different times with MGB to maximize the burn for the entire raid at certain times. I have been fiddling around with the settings but i cant find something that either turns off War Cry or lets me fire it plus MGB when i /zerk BurnNow
 
Is force alliance working? I have it set on both of my zerks but don't see Demolisher's Alliance being cast in the EQ logs at all
 
Found a bug with Cry Carnage, if 2 berserkers with differing ranks (say one has Rk. I and one has Rk. II) they will just spam it back and forth, overwriting each others' casts constantly. Lower ranks overwrite higher ranks for some reason.
 
Is there a way to prevent my settings from resetting after a relog?
they shouldn't reset unless you're setting them with the window - i believe the window still doesn't save correctly sometimes - if you use the /zerk blah instead it will save

Does anyone know when we get higher ranks of a skill, if we have to add it to our hot bar? Or does the addon know we have it and uses it accordingly?
 
Anyone able to help with the /zerk ignore Im sure it writes to a file some place or there is an unignore command, had mine in puller tank mode, had a mob that was invalid target by the time i typed /zerk ignore he had swapped to a valid target and now hes just ignoring the real one. Tried the command a second time and it just says is already on ignore.

Any idea what file it goes to so i can edit it or how to remove that ignore via command line?

i was going to ask if there was any chance for implementing a check to see if circle of power is already running before clicking cop. using 2 zerkers and they both click at the same time. but, perhaps i could stagger their assist percentages. the plugin is so brutally efficient that there might already be a check but everything is so synched that the check is returning false.

there isn't currently a remove command (it is "on the list" for soon :tm:), but the mobs get written to the pullignores.ini in your release folder - if you delete an entry ensure the leading | pipe is still there

seemed to have lost the little UI window that has the drop down menu box for manual assist chase etc. Pops on for one of 2 zerkers but not both. function to bring it back? check that now gone on zerker 2, and oddly its loaded...but if I try to /plugin mq2berzerker to load or unload it, say plugin could not be loaded

Ok so it shows in active plugins but zerk show not working and when I do plugin mq2berzker says not found
 
yeah its there bro I see it and mq2warrior as well....bot war and zerk plugins say they are in active modes but the plugin command dont work and see zerkerwnd does not exist when I try the show function

ok let's break it down so we're on the same page

you said doing a /plugin mq2berzerker load is saying plugin not found?

but you also say that the plugins are in active modes?

when you do /zerk show - if it is saying that the zerker window doesn't exist is it telling you do reload your ui?

there is a big difference if the plugin isn't found to the ui window now showing and you not reloading when told to

let me know where you're at and we'll get you sorted
 
ok I do /plugin list shows mq2berzker is active in the list the drops down. but if I /plugin mq2berzker it says plugin mq2berzerker not found...so I Cant load it or unload it.... and yes says zerker wnd doesnt exist andreloading my ui does nothing to help it.
 
are you sure you're not typing it wrong. I've seen you type /plugin mq2berzker 3 times instead of /plugin mq2berzErker, where you're missing an E.

I'm not sure what part of the plugin is not working for you as you haven't made that clear to me.

If it's already loaded and /zerk show says you have to reload ui, then /loadskin default

what mode are you in?

What are you expecting the plugin to do, and what is it actually doing?

Have you assigned the role of Group Assist to the character you want the plugin to assist?

/zerk help

will give you a list of options. There's a lot of them.
 
K GRAMMAR is important.... it was something I noticed figured loading and unloading would bring back that handy dandy zerker window. as of now the /plugin command is working, but still getting that message bout reloading my ui, which I have done. I mean its not a game changer, but that window is pretty handy for a few things rather then command line is all.
 
yeah, the window should be included already with the very vanilla install. If it's not here's a copy of it.

You'd need to manually navigate to the Macroquest folder, then in the subfolder uifiles, then the sub folder default. In that folder you would place this xml file.

This file works for all my plugins that have windows.

With useglyph on and burnalways on, zerk is never using destruction. Zerk mode 1. Any other related settings? Thanks.
hrm, for some reason not all the ranks of glyph are in berzerker - I'll update that today (so likely not be live until next VV build (I've tried to stay out of messing with mq2berzerker, but i guess when i updated the other plugins i should have updated berzerker =p chat probably assumed i did, so this one is definitely my fault)
 
I just got my new heroic zerker to 115 and I am noticing that he's not using his dissident or dicho rage. My other zerkers are using theirs just fine. Any idea what would be causing this? Tried reloading, changing mode etc nothing seems to work. Both dissident and dicho are rank 1 if that matters.

do you have the axe summoning discs and axe components to summon those axes? We will be updating that /zerk missing will output if you don't have the axe summoning spells for future updates - I actually noticed this issue this week, that while we check to see if you have the axe summoning discs, they're not added to the output if you are missing them. I would probably check there.

As far as Dissident goes did you check the FAQ?

Q. Why does it not use Dissident?
A. EQ Has an issue where it doesn't give you your rank 1, even if you have Dissident Rage - If you have Tier 1 of Dissident ensure you actually have the "Dissident Rage 1" in your spell book - if you do not, go to Virtuous Dusk in Stratos and say "reminder" to "update" your rank 1 ability

Q. Where do I get Axe Components & Do I need them?!
A. Yes, you 100% need them. You can get them from the Berzerker Merchants in PoK Library area - like Gaddi Buruca. /nav spawn npc Gaddi

Q. Which Axe Components do I get?
A. Basic Axe Components 1 - 29, Axe Components 30 - 54, Balanced Axe Components 55 - 95, Crafted Axe Components 96 - 100, Masterwork 100 - 115
