So i really enjoy this plugin. I have a question.

I am into AAing new zerkers. And i noticed something with the AA Fury's Synergy (Focus 100aa a rank). It fires off using "Demolishing Frenzy". Since my Zerker is 110 and i have already got the book for "Mangling Frenzy" It does not seem to work with that line of AA"s at least not yet. (I would need to dump a solid 1000+ Points into it.

Is there anyway to get it to use Demolishing Fury until then?
 
@Wobey Fixt. Be in next update.

If you don't have Fury's Synergy and your rank of Fury's Synergy is less than 11, then if you have it use Demolishing Frenzy, otherwise if you have the buff, use the higher level one.
 
Solid and fast work. Will give me and those leveling up zerkers a nice little boost.

@hellfyre Eventually. Not on the top of the list atm, but that's the plan eventually, or soon (tm) or however you want to word it :-)
 
Here's the list of all the combat abilities the plugin uses. When collecting rank 2s, TBL works for both Ros and TBL spells, but if there is a price difference (and you're buying them) you may want to collect the RoS from their clickies. On my server there is a jump in price between the two. Anything from CotF and earlier is researchable for rk 2. It only took me a bit of plat and an afernoon to max out research, and a second afternoon to max out the trophy if you wish to go that route.

I'm also compiling a list of the AA abilities that it uses, so those can potentially be worked on earlier in the AA grind, though many passives may offer more bang for the buck.

Lastly, at least until the new expansion comes out I'm working on older raids in an effort to obtain rank 3s of abilities that are still used (and have rk 3.) Once I have an idea of what I'm working with I'll try to get some guides up so people can obtain rk 3s.

Hey Chat - thanks for considering this option.

I personally run into this on Assist, Chase, and Vorpal scenarios. The difference with Assist from the others, is that sometimes as the mob comes in, they battle leap out, there's a bit of a fight outside of the camp and the tank walks backwards from time to time to position distance and moves away from the Berzerkers during the fight, and therefore the next mob coming in would be away from their melee range.

I suppose that makes sense, but the berzerker shouldn't be engaging on the incoming unless you have the assist at set too high. I understand for lower levels it's highly likely that they will pull a mob and the health will be variable due to the lack of health on lower level mobs, but at higher levels this shouldn't be happening if setup properly. I use 98 because 99 does tend to be easy to get to display when pulling if the puller is hitting it hard enough. Otherwise, the berzerker would stay in camp, if Frenzied was on, the mob comes in, the warrior gets it down a percent and then the berzerker engages in camp. But it doesn't bother me. I won't use the feature, but if you want to use it I'll get it added, though I feel you'll lose out on some DPS that way
 
I would like this feature as well. You mention losing out on some dps but that's better than no dps because your ber is stuck out of melee. On chase mode my ber are constantly getting stuck very far from the fights or I spend time waiting or trying to turn it off myself. I don't have this happen much at all when I'm in a camp as I pull myself and make sure I pull to the same area usually by picking a landmark like next to a bush or whatever. So a toggle would be great.

It does happen from time to time where the Warrior just dances all over the place.

My ask was that it's removed after there's no more XTargets - I'm not sure what DPS would be happening without any mobs to kill.

Tired of wondering if you're out of components, or missing the reagent to summon axes? Well, I've changed that, now the plugin will hound you every 10 seconds while not in combat to get your components.
It will not inform you if you are invis, moving, in combat, or casting. But rest assured, it will let you know.....repeatedly....and forever until you fix the issue. This will be available in the next update.

Shameless enhancement: option to spam in EQBCS/dannet ... my zerkers are background and never do i look at their foreground.
 
you can use an #event call in either KA or mq2events to spam yourself based on CWTN's zerk spamming if that's what you want.
 
heh, Gonna be 800000 different options for disabling spam... :-P
I recently (not live yet) added the option to disable the spam from using AAs, Discs, Spells, Abilities which takes out 99% of the spam from the plugin. this still leaves informing about what you are engaging and using of items.
This spam only exists in the event you fail to have the nessesary components to create the axes you need to do proper DPS with the character and to toggle it off you need only purchase the nessesary components.

you can run it in manual mode, and use an empty kiss ini and run kiss assisting the out-of-group tank (be sure to have usemq2melee turned to 0 in your empty ini
 
MQ2BerZerker has been updated for ToV discs as of today confirming names of new discs and making sure they were updated from their "New XXX Disc" counterparts in preperation for ToV launch.

Does it have a built in DPS tracker, or is there something anyone recommends using for tracking the zerker's DPS each fight?

the advanced dps plugin should be in your folder already

its either dpsadv or advdps i cant remember off the top of my head

I need to read more about this stuff. Been using MQ2 for years and years and I always thought that that was a plugin that assisted dps classes perform..

no problem, you will have to reload your UI to get it to work and i think you need to transfer the files over to the folder, I dont remember any of the commands for it sadly
 
For the life of me, i do not see the mq2berzerker window with the options, how do i get that to come up? all my info for zerker goes to the normal mq window. I have never seen the one i read about above.
 
So one of the ToV missions require that you duck, plugin makes stands you up right again, could we get a toggle for this ?

I haven't done the mission but if it is only a few times maybe manual mode?
 
so i loaded up mq2berzerker today and it wont go into assist mode. says i need to load a mesh for the zone. worked in the same zone yesterday lol. i checked to make sure i have meshes in nav folder and unloaded and loaded mq2nav and still not working. not sure what else to do. thanks for any help
