Refresh your ini
Q. It keeps telling me an item isn't in my autoloot, but I know 100% that it is.
A. Try doing a /autoloot lootini loot to reload your ini file (this would reload the default loot.ini from your macros folder). do NOT /autoloot lootini loot.ini - otherwise you will try and check loot.ini.ini
I'm seeing the same behaviour. Might be time to migrate to the a Lua for looting. I've been delaying out of laziness, but I might have to now.Seems autoloot is not working after the patch. No messages, just not looting anymore.
/plugin mq2autoloot unload
/plugin mq2autoloot
/advloot load
/pause 20, /bca //advoot shared set “Never”
/bca //cleanup
I use lootly, you can import your autoloot inSo what's the best Lua alternative to mq2autoloot?
Is there any consensus in the community? I really don't want to have to go through all that ini configuration again![]()
Lootly and YALM both do, way better scripts in generalDoes any of those allow you to delete items so you don't leave corpses everywhere?

It doesnt if set up.. fully looting a corpse is a eq function, how lootly/YALM does it based on what you set selectI know lootly doesn't or didn't before, did that change? YALM I don't know about.

using mq2autoloot is strongly discouraged anyhow =pHi!
Does the quantity number on Gear not work, or am I doing it incorrectly?
/setitem [option] [#]
So I do /setitem Gear 100 (or whatever number tried 2, 1, 9, 100, 1000)
It takes this command, but displays 0 in the MQ output, as well as in the loot.ini
Edit: Example in ini - Quality Larkspur=Gear|Classes|ROG|NumberToLoot|0|
Thanks - I'm looking at lootly now.using mq2autoloot is strongly discouraged anyhow =p
but "gear" has to be followed with the stuff you quoted - classes and which classes
imo, you should not use autoloot, it is riddled with near unfixable problems. use lootly or yalm or even mq2lootmanager insteadHey all.
New to MQ2 and returning player after 20+ years away.
As I'm leveling up, I have my main box (max level) as master looter. He seems to auto loot NO TRADE gear that could have been used by others (low levels) in the group. Is there a way to target gear and send it to certain characters? Because I move from zone to zone, I don't know the gear that could potentially drop, so I want to know a way to say "if a PAL 2h drops, give it to x character", "if a caster shawl drops, give it to y character"
Is this possible? If not. Is there a more comprehensive auto looter that does it, even if it's paid?
I use lootly, but it does not handle the user specific items off named. It does handle the quest related items once you tell it how many of each item are needed by each toon (I use lootier for this, as it is a GUI for the Lootly system)imo, you should not use autoloot, it is riddled with near unfixable problems. use lootly or yalm or even mq2lootmanager instead
to answer your question - no, you can't "if any pal 2h give to x character" but you could put in your autoloot ini "if big_dreihander drops then give to a paladin in the group"
NVM i figured it outQuestion: Raid Mode
Autoloot isn't working on raid but is working on group. any suggestions?
