Yeah, I'll check that out. I changed some of the way the med/mount logic works in that last update. So, I'll have to debug it while playing to see how to fix it.
If the plugin is controlling med, and making the toon meditate - say mana is below the med threshold, it will be very difficult, if not impossible, for a macro to break that med and cast spells (unless the macro told the plugin to stop... /nuke domed off, then resume when done casting /nuke domed on...). That may be your source of conflict. If you're using a macro for other functions, let the macro control meditation. That's why I changed the plugin to allow you to turn harvest on, and meditation off. It should still be able to use bucilic gambit/quiescent harvest/harvest of druzzil while your macro controls regular meditation and buffs.
Also, when I test this, I test it without a macro... I do have several macros configured, but haven't used any with this plugin (or MQ2Heals for that matter).

I haven't used this plugin for my Ench b/c I'm always actively playing that one so honestly I don't know the current setup. I might have to try it out of curiosity
