Would double check you don't have "apply filters" checked in your advloot window.i tried wiping the files and starting fresh. nothing. here is what i have narrowed it down to. it only stops looting when there is more then 1 item to loot off the corpse. if it is only 1 item or just coin, its all fine.
All toons need it running. If not they won't loot.Quick question. Do I need to have lootly running on all toons in the group or just the main looter?
As far as giving to the bard next you would need to use the Class|#|Brd in your lootly ini next to the item I stead of keep, ignore ect. I use this for quest and stuff on specific items and it works great. # is how many you want them to have. I dont know about the no drop thing you may
If its not set to give out to certain classes the main looter will loot everything and anything. When I kill a named or something of interest I /lootly off to look at the items and pass them out or my main looter just takes it.For some reason I thought I remembered it handing out loot based on Class. My SK is looting cleric only no drop items instead of handing it to the cleric. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong. Or am I missing something?
Added info to the FAQ that turning off "Apply Filters" is required.
Ok so clearly I am not the only one that had had some thoughts around this general topic. My thought here is to kind of build a create your own adventure source.I can see something useful being to turn off and on all the defiant sets with one command, for when I am leveling a character up. SInce each of my toon's normally uses the same lootly.ini file, it makes it a bit tricker unless I just have different ini files to turn off and on. I keep meaning to work on a character specific extension, for cases where I am farming Devotee augs, or luck augs, but I have already maxed out a few of the characters in the group. Micro-managing it to that level is a PITA.
Another great tool is lootier, and I would love for it to have a mass update of all the items in your search to change them all at once. That would sae me a ton of time going down the list and setting all of the items to ignore from keep.
Yea I searched and couldn't find one. Wasn't sure if there something like Defiant with a wildcard that would catch them. Not that I have found. I thought someone had made a list of them all somewhere that would then allow you to add them to the ini file manually to then set them all to ignore. Over time I have gotten most of them into my file I believe.
If you use Lootier.Lua, type defiant in the search box, and just go down the list hitting destroy, then save.Yea I searched and couldn't find one. Wasn't sure if there something like Defiant with a wildcard that would catch them.

Whenever I save in lootier it messes up my lootly ini so I dont use it. It unsave my spells, and other stuff I have set already. If you use Lootier.lua, type defiant in the search box, and just go down the list hitting destroy, then save.
Never had an issue like that. Only issue I've found is if you have an item in loot file starting with a number, like '4 Lb Tuna', it'll freak out, crash imgui windows, etc. Also found Lootly doesn't deal with names that have punctuation in them - in ToL Maiden's Eye, one of the Dropped Collections has names like Outpost Reclamation Order, "Reminder" - that hangs up lootly, and repeatedly gives an error message in MQ window, holds up looting of anything past that item until the item rots.Whenever I save in lootier it messes up my lootly ini so I dont use it. Yea Im not sure why. I've searched spell in lootier and couldnt find any so I think that's why it was overwriting it.Never had an issue like that.
