Somewhat reminds me of Star Stables (a game my kids play) in graphical style. Which I SO wish DarkPaw could move to as that game has super updates and is a small niche game, even has an EQ connection and has similar flow to the Launcher and server.

one thing not mentioned in that article is this situation. youre in a guild youre a manual 1-2 boxer but there are a few mq using 6 boxers in your guild and those 3 dudes quit. your guild just lost 18 raiders over night your guild folds up shop because recruiting is hard for even the top guilds very few people would look to join your guild let alone 1/4 of a raid force. now what? well some of the 20-30ish players in that guild quit, some transfer and join someone else and some go to a new tlp.

ive already seen it play out on tlps before when the boxer(s) a guild relied on quit and noone steped up.
