I'm on Project Lazarus using Redguides compile of MQ EMU
Yesterday they implemented using the in game /baz UI to enable people to search and purchase items. Previously, this was done through a web page.
After opening the UI and selecting some search criteria, when I press the search button I am greeted with the followin:
---------------------------
EverQuest Crash Detected
---------------------------
MacroQuest caught a crash:
Process ID: 29088
Version: 3.1.0.2419
Location: C:\Users\<my_name>\AppData\Local\VeryVanilla\Emu\Release\Plugins\mq2bzsrch.DLL+00006E9A
CrashID: fc8b1a07-04f4-4148-88b3-74ea1a370a15
You can either:
* [RETRY] Continue execution and hope for the best.
* [CANCEL] Write a crash dump and terminate EverQuest.
Copy the contents of this dialog to your clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C
---------------------------
Retry Cancel
---------------------------
The MQNext / E3 release that most folks use on the server does not appear to have this issue.
Is there anyone here that is interested in the dump?
Let me know and I'll send it to you. - it's about 900kB
Edit: It's the baz plugin. Unloading MQ2Bzsrch removes the issue.
So, as you were.
... unless you are actually interested in the dmp file
