Trade / Skill Tradeskill recipes (max out Artisan's Prize) 4.05

tradesman / tradesmanv1 is now the same as tradesmanv2, command line syntax should be the same so no need to fix hotkeys.

Pottery recipe fixes (2)

Added the 8 main tradeskill beginner trophies.
/mac ts/tradesmanv2 trophy makelist bsmithing

You get the idea b=beginner and the the skillname.

cleanupv2 will now actually work

The container must be in slot9 for it to be usable.
Reinforced Jeweler's Kit, Coffin Poison Bottle, Mortar and Pestle is currently supported (if you know of any others that a required combine uses please let me know)

You DO NOT need to do the master sketch / coffin poison bottle quests

I ran a rogue without an epic (yes slacker) or those quest through the macro.
