Only built the shopping list for the last item in the list (which is pointless), now built it for all missing ingredients.

NB. Wipe your ts directory before update. I made a mess with the previous release and duplicated all the mac file multiple times. Won't cause problems just an irritation.

Algea Spices should be Algae Spices

Broke shopping.

tradesman / tradesmanv1 is now the same as tradesmanv2, command line syntax should be the same so no need to fix hotkeys.

Pottery recipe fixes (2)

Added the 8 main tradeskill beginner trophies.
/mac ts/tradesmanv2 trophy makelist bsmithing
/mac ts/tradesmanv2 trophy makelist btailoring
/mac ts/tradesmanv2 trophy makelist bpottery

You get the idea b=beginner and the the skillname.

cleanupv2 will now actually work

The container must be in slot9 for it to be usable.
Reinforced Jeweler's Kit, Coffin Poison Bottle, Mortar and Pestle is currently supported (if you know of any others that a required combine uses please let me know)

You DO NOT need to do the master sketch / coffin poison bottle quests

I ran a rogue without an epic (yes slacker) or those quest through the macro.

If your race/class cannot do a subcombine will skip it and go into the shopping list
Combining was broken if you were not allowed to move from the container.
