• Mez Updates (#1401)

• Added Necro mezzing as appropriate (default: Off).
• Mez is now fully class agnostic; settings for ST/AE/AA/etc Mez have been moved to the class configs.
• • Setting migration will occur as appropriate.
• • Fallback code carried for custom configs, for at least the next 90 days.
• Other minor improvements along the way.
