Utility RedGuides Launcher 1.1.0

The default directory was causing some permissions issues. Users will need to select a location for MQ2 manually as each users pc/windows install/directory structure will be different.

• Added functionality to the Very Vanilla tab to handle patch days.
• Added "Launch Mesh Updater" button to Very Vanilla Tab.

• Launcher should no longer throw an error if a Plugin on the forums is currently in a "Moderated" state

• Added messages to the Plugins and Macros tabs to explain why it may be empty
• Added a note to the MQ2 folder confirmation prompt to select the existing MQ2 folder if one already exists.
• Added Launcher version info to the bottom right hand corner of the application. If an update is available, the text "Install Launcher Update" shows and is clickable to run the update.

• Updated the Install/Update button on the relevant tabs to be Install/Update/Reinstall based on the current status of a given resource
• Sorting on the Plugins and Macros pages now sorts in the following order from top to bottom
  • Installed, but not up to date
  • Not Installed
  • Installd AND up to date
• Admin rights should no longer be required to edit files in the MQ2 directory if it was installed in the default folder as determined by the launcher (C:\ProgramData\RedGuides\DesktopUtility\MQ2\Live\Release)

• Settings the MQ2 install folder will once again save the setting properly
• Clicking on the "Open MQ2 Folder" and "Launch MQ2" buttons will no longer crash the app if the folder or files dont yet exist.

• The "last installed" version on the very vanilla tab was still looking for the old resource ID in the saved installs list.

• Resource ID for the MQ2 Live install package updated
• Settings page updated to be server type specific, hopefully this will make things a little more clear
• More work on trying to make the UI pretty in an attempt to get it ready for resizing

• Fix for missing user state value

• Actually fixed the coloring and sorting on the Plugins and Macros tabs.
