Is there anyway to get up to PoHate/PoSky on TLP servers with macroquest? Would be quite useful!

First time poster here. I heard mention of alchemy yeilding 100pp per combine on progression servers. Anyone around happen to hear about this too? Would be great for the community to find out about this, and what the combine is.
