XGen-Shaman (aka shammyhealer.mac 2.0 ) - Shaman Bot, Shamwow, so you wana be a shamgod!

This is a auto shaman with toggled options. Its pre-configured to run from the get go. It will malo, slow, heal, dot, group heal, x-tar heal, single tar heal, canni, buff, and use pets and do its best to survive .

Its pretty easy to set up, only requirements are that it be in a sub folder of macros called "xgen" " ex: macros\xgen\ ".
I have pre zipped it like this for ease of instalation.

only plugin required is sqlite. It has its own spell casting routine that i wrote for it. This is...

1. Add down to 85 for the 4 xtra dots if they chose that mode. (im super reluctant to add this, as even with cani, mana is a issue)
2. Add more pet buffing abilities / AA

Tried loading this on my 85 Shaman. Getting these errors. He casted canni AA and then tried to heal himself. Also will/should this macro automatically load a spell lineup for you or does it use w/e you already have loaded. Thanks.

Can you send a SS of the heals you need to have loaded load section it says above that.

and at 85 it only has 1 heal... |83|Dannal's Mending

the error row 1 does not exist, is due to the zone you are in. probably a older zone, I did not add all named mobs in the game.. only last few expansions. or a temp zone, like a mission zone. nothing to wory about on the ERROR row 1. but the too low for reckless you should have at least 1 heal that will work. unless you dont have that spell. then it should of told you to go buy it :)

And yes it will automatically load spells (if you have them). if not it will most likely error.... reason it tells you to go buy them :)

If anyone is having issues with Talisman of the Ry'Gorr / Unity lines spam casting please post here. I am also attaching a version that does not cast that line of spells. It's being looked in to.
 
**Downloaded a prior version manually, that had the folder, and files needed, then overwrote from the launcher the mac file that it is download.
----Fixed*downloaded, missing folder, several files , does not run. Only item in the download, is the xgen-shaman.mac, no UI files or ini, no dbgenerate.inc...am I missing something?

im sorry i did not see this post, are you good to go now ?? The single file i attached to a post here was just for people that had downloaded the zip file and were level 88 and below. The zip files should contain all 3 files. If your still having issues i can send all 3 manually to you.

1.94 3xDot's (115's only) lower level dots will come soon.

Update added embedded /if Combat checks to combat buffs. Added more dots mode. 4 more dots will cast. added timers to dots and debuffs, to stop recasts when not needed. Will only summon a pet when OOC now. Added buff Spirit of Tala'Tak.

Level 115's 3xDoTs Its is advised to turn buffs off as this will use some of the buff spell gem bars, and you will constantly remem spells.

I haven't been running a shaman as I foolishly started up an SK on that account for fun, figuring I'd dick around with an 85 Heroic SK. Now he's level 113 and raid geared and my 115 shaman is gathering dust. But I saw your new macro, so I loaded up my level 110, back up (really badly geared, few AA) shaman. I love how it immediately identified the spells I'd never bothered to get for this toon. I like how it flashes invis when I'm traveling invis.

He seemed to be working well in group as a back up healer. I'm not sure how he'll do as a main healer, but I'll check him out over the next few days and dig deeper. As you may gather, I'm a heal first guy when it comes to shaman.

Thats awesome, If you turn on CBN The Combat Nuker, I can tell you from experience, when my 115 healer LD'd on me and had 2 117's beatin on my tank. I turned on CBN, and lived.

If you didnt see or have not tried there are 2 unique features i have put in this.

1. being the hud. "/cc loadhud"
2. being premade hotbuttons. "/cc makebuttons"
type those commands in the MQ2window and blam lifes gravy. The hot buttons will make just about every command you will ever need for it. the Hud is just nifty, shows settings you are running and other pertinent data.

Thanks for the tips. Earlier, I had just started it up and let him go. Tomorrow, I'll start trying your hud and CBN. Looking forward to having fun. Shaman is one of my favorite classes (okay, I pretty much like all the classes at different times).
 
Getting this error when I type /cc loadhud. I'm doing the Formal Dinner Party (also getting the row 1 does not exist error, but I know what that's about):

you do not have the hud plugin loaded. I thought it was a default thing.

/plugin mq2hud

the row 1 does not exist is due to a zone not being in the mob database for named mobs. Completely harmless.
 
/cc makebuttons is the coolest thing ever. Got my HUD loaded. You really made this macro special. Enjoying it. Solid healing, especially using /cc combatnuke. That's my favorite way to play a shaman.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one using this. I was using my own KA .Ini file that I was very happy with. Your macro ... is much better. I'm also just having a blast with it. I wish your idea of creating buttons would become more common. Makes it so easy to run this macro. I like the HUD, but don't use it as much. My vision sucks. I make all my buttons big =) But it's still helpful.I can lean forward and know the status of the shaman instantly.

Time to work on the next class ;)

Ohh i have quite a few done already, Next release will most likely be a ranger. Some i wont release, as i have customized them waaaayy too much, and it would be more hassle then helpful. but they are all the same code logic.. more or less.
 
Going to play around with a level 90 shaman now. Sometimes, different issues show up with lower level toons. Went from 90 to 91 in House of Thule with a merc. Flawless. No deaths. had to gate once, but that's not the macro's fault.

Not much of an error, but I was in Nexus starting up my toons and noticed that the shaman was trying to slow my SK. Then I realized the SK had himself targeted.
 
ive been testing this macro but, for some reason, the shammy wont rezz anyone in group, even showing corpses, only the main tank it will rezz...

btw i noticed the tala tak buff as well and im seeing it has changed...woot
keep the great work, i love the auto buttons you made...

I dont have rezes built into it. Thats on my todo list.
I also against my better judgment put that if you target a corpse, it will select the MT automatically, I didn't want it getting stuck on a NPC corpse and let someone die.. When I put that in, i did not think about player corpses. The unforeseen result is it wont let you res party members when running as it will auto target the MT if you try.. Ill find a solution and it will be in next patch.

*** solution being tested atm.
