Kodiaks at southern great divide is great for exp, on par with ST with the added benefit of T1 armor and TS mats. You "COULD" do Mearatas if you have the perfect group and gear, better exp than any camp, but then again I only did it on my AA camp with T3 ToV armor and it wasn't easy.

I ended up Trying both I can kill in ToV just fine but i ended up going back to Sathir to max my AA. I was told i should hit 112-113 then to the ToV Group missions so ill probably stay in Sathir till im at that point.

who told you that? Can do the missions at lvl 110/111 if you were well geared for TBL.

Well, I did the same thing with my group and a friend did the same thing and was able to go from 113.6 in level to well into 115 just doing the 4 missions. By the time that my team had completed the mercs and partisans, the entire team was almost maxed level. The other thing my friend did in ST was to go max out is AAs per level and when he was done with all the mercs and parts, he only had a few things left in AAs to complete. He went straight into doing is ear next.

Certainly not saying you can’t do that. What I’m saying is going into missions at lvl 110 or 1% into 111 is also a viable path that many of us took. Anyone in a raiding guild was pretty much required to go balls to the wall to lvl 115. There are lots of ways to slay this beast ... do what makes sense for you.

Yes, I agree and I probably missed read what you were saying.

I, for one, wanted to start farming ToV tradeskill items. Sitting in ST doesn’t help at all with that, obviously.

While Sathir's might be more xp, I don't find it to be significantly more and certainly not worth the trade-offs (no ToV chase loot, TS, etc). I'm strongly considering going through and making a few guides for ToV spots, I have a handful of spots in each T1 zone and a few T2 zones that I use reliably and seem not to get me into trouble.

They will the second you advertise them on RG.

Fair enough, I still have missions and outside of selling T1 or loot rights to T2, there isn't much reason to secretly horde them anymore.

Edit: https://www.redguides.com/community/threads/fohpos-tov-camp-quick-reference-wip.72466/
Had some time to begin working on it, my box group is all ToV group geared (SK tank T2/T3 max AA, mobs die in ~20-25 seconds) if that gives anyone a frame of reference. Some of the spots might seem like common sense, but I've been pretty lucky to find a lot of them empty pretty often, some even having easy access to multiple named (like Squire/Margidor in GD). In those cases, there are actually pretty safe locations to setup shop, like the "ravine" that Squire of Narandi spawns in. Guide is obviously still in the works, I'm hoping this week after they bring servers back up, that I can get on and get some in-game screenshots of where I set up at each camp to add. As I get feedback and have time to fill it out more, I'll update the wiki with some ToV spots.

As usual, my job is to ask the stupid questions.
Anybody know of an instanced zone that a group of TBM geared 105's can AA in and the mobs respawn?
Afk farming on Zek is dangerous, so, poor exp is better than no exp.

anything would help.
Thanks.

It doesn’t respawn but into the temple (b) has a decent amount of mobs, and you can pull the whole zone from the large room to the north of where you zone in and depending on dps, it will get you 40 mins- an hour of killing.

anyone know if theres another mission like calling phantasm in rof, that either respawns, or has a large amount of mobs like the kaesora library task/raid in SoD..in the eok/ros difficulty range? (yes necrotizing but this is a 9 yrold thread altogether)

not looking to afk but test things in private, not fight for camps, or have to camp somewhere with like 5 mobs. so a longterm grind spot in the sub-tbl difficulty range but with xp for 110-115 level toons (not greens or very light blues) Is there such a thing? I know the list has a large gap in it and that's the era I'm looking at doing. all the talk of sathir's etc makes me think the subject would've come up if there were such a thing.

None of the EoK HA's I have done have any respawns.

I did run Into the Temple last night for remnants, ran a lesson out of curiosity and was 25% or so AA @ 115, had my 110s on regular, and running lesson, to get a buffer and it sucked badly for them though the mobs are all 106-110. I suppose it could be flipped if someone wants to mass kill it, definitely doable but moving around in a crawl and pulling no more than 3-5 at a time was not great xp rate at least on regular at 110. Could be good for flipping for swarms for AA even at 115, especially if behind in aa- and in the process can preloot the scrolls on each toon then run it in 5 minutes every 3 hrs for the remnants

I wanted to add this one to the list for folks.
I play on test so I have auto grants etc on my team.

I have been running instanced zones (sewers and catacombs) in Ruined City of Dranik. Grand Historian Rygua gives out the quest and the sewer instance is pretty close to him.
Should be a good farming spot 80+ I don't remember exactly when I started farming it.
The mobs are around lvl 68-70.

I just put my group on hunt and just jack up the ranges to cover the whole map.
Oh an important note. If you do sewers there are multiple instances and on one of the maps in the final room there is a pit with a bridge. If you have your team shrunk (I always do) they can get stuck in there and the pathing gets screwed up. It isn't hard to manually get them out. When I get that map I just run it once and then pop back out and get a new mission. I haven't gotten stuck on any other map.

I can pull 15k-20k per hour doing this just on vendor loot. There are a handful of things you need to filter if you use autoloot but it isn't that bad.

Right now my team is all level 90 and the mobs are grey now which sucks so I am looking for a new spot. The money makes it tough to find a new spot.

Edit: Forgot to add that obviously the mobs respawn in a reasonable amount of time so you can run it continuously.

Kaesora library from jaled'darr in field of scale is where I swarmed all my levels and aas from about 90 to 100(100 you have to switch to raid instance as most turn green) this is a fully popped zone.

BTW: This is best done after doing the iksar illusion task, Bone Mask of the Ancient Iksar. It makes getting to and traversing the zone much easier since there are live and undead between the quest NPC and the entrance, but if you have dual invis you should be fine. Also helps inside when you don't want aggro.

Any updates for cov? I’d assume GD is still best for exp as mobs just melt there now with threaded gear

Finally got some time to play around so I’ll answer my own question. Any tov zone with high density seems faster than cov zones just because of health and the fact that I can’t find a very dense area in cov. Aa exp is 1.1ish in tov vs 1.6ish in cov per kill but they just die so much faster and easier in tov. If you were using multiple groups to kill and feed exp to one group, cov would probably be fastest

Forgive me if I'm missing something but I do not see any guides for the Underfoot expansion for farming. This to me is a gem of an expansion for people farming at least in one zone in particular. Again if I'm not seeing please steer me in the right direction.

Any good AA farming spots in ToV/CoV (or beyond) like Sathir's Tomb was a few years ago?
