in my experience, questing by far. Especially at higher levels. I power leveled a new minstrel to 35 in 3 days easy with pure questing. I don't believe you can get even remotely close to that in the same time on pure hunt xp grinding.
 
I concur with the questing suggestion. They're fun, and the rewards are usually pretty kick ass.

By the way, awesome list Decker.
 
Yes,

If you happen to be a WoW evacuee, then you will have grinding on your mind as far as xp goes. This just doesn't work for LoTRO. Questing is a must. If you want to grind, you are missing out on phenomenal lore, rewards, and xp.

The same holds true for the AH. Armor and Weapons really don't sell as much as profession materials do.

So I "concur" as well, hehe.
