Had an update and was hopeful it fixed my problem, I didn't crash immediately but soon as i casted a buff i did crash
 
Braniac has done a update its just waiting for redbot to do a rebuild, hopefully thatll fix the crash problems

if you're on test there are some spell issues atm Test Spell Issue
 
As you guys dig in to all the changes - I’m noticing some funkiness with KA. I think it’s cause by NAV but I’m noticing I’m having to hit auto attack to get them attacking (unless the mob is right on top of the melee characters). Occasioanlly it seems to attack and position but it’s very off on speed and not consistent. THe ber will fire off the dps skills but not auto attack more often then not. Old macro with no changes.
 
Other than the Shm and Mage constantly rebuffing focus/casting rods this seems very playable. Eskay is working fine as far as I've seen and I've been playing all day.

Sic I saw on the KA subforum that there are some combat bug issues being reported. Is it safe to say that's not a test only issue? It's odd because only popped up after this last patch for me but your post seemed to imply it was hitting outside of test.

there are other live issues with a few things at the moment as well
 
Every time I run a macro or a CWTN plugin the game crashes. I think its related to the issue with buffs, but not sure. Wanted to report it just in case.

You're not on the latest test version.

The crashes are fixed, but spam buffing is still a problem with some test spell issues

I seen your reply in another thread to reboot PC if the launcher crashes. That fixed my issue.

- Spell SPA data for base, base2, and max are now 64 bit values.
- Spell Buff counters are now 64 bit values.
- GetSpellBase, GetSpellBase2, GetSpellMax, CalcValue all return int64_t now.

Could be either one, but if KA is using the buff window to look for buffs it's going to be an issue that KA needs to change because the buff window changed. (Better to use the Buff TLOs than the window TLOs).
 
Just getting in and playing with the new version. Spell spamming is still there, is that a requirement of say KA or other tools adjusting for the changes or is ongoing work still needed to core MQ ?

And the melee issue is still there, at least with KA. Melee chars not engaging.
Melee still not engaging on non-test VV as well

@ctaylor22 looks like we have an issue on Test server

So running through my anniversary quests. The buff issue is happening while KA is active. I'll try a CWTN plugin later tonight.

Melee issue with KA - does not melee (dps skills fire) unless you are in /camphere. So it will melee while in that mode but not otherwise.

I'm sorry you've having issues.

I can confirm the plugins are all working - so --- are you missing meshes? did you not migrate your meshes over? because the plugin will tell you that you need meshes with mq2nav to be in non-manual modes. actually tells you in output.

I'm betting this is your problem - but with 0 infirmation about specifically what your issue is it is a wild stab in the dark.

it would be impossible to fix an issue that is unknown

based on your previous post about working on live but having mesh issues on test. sounds like you still don't have meshes installed in your test directory.

please let us know what your issue is, specifically, and we can direct you on how to fix them.

What i would personally do is open my life install - release -> resources and then copy that mq2nav folder - then navitate to my test install release -> resources and paste this entire folder there

or you can manually download them from > MQMesh < and then place them in your release -> resources -> MQ2Nav folder

it actually appears that the link to run the mesh updater from the launcher, doesn't update it for your test folder - so i'm betting this is your issue.

I don't know what was going on because I had updated my nav mesh when having problems. With today's patch I updated nav mesh again and it works thanks for you information and time!

DPG would do this just before double xp anniversary start. FYI Test is getting patched with the Live patch to be brought in sync.
 
Not sure where to ask this or find the answer. My console keeps resetting to the default position. How do I force it to save where I put it?
 
Logged in 45 minutes ago and was immediately greeted with a broadcast that they're bringing down Test again. Apparently the patch from last night "didn't take" and they have to do it again. Can't make this shit up.

Edit: This one definitely "took" as it's now a different version again.

Yep they forgot to push the patch button yesterday. Originally I was happy as I was setting up a new team to level up anticipating the 50% xp bonus which I did do last night. Hopefully the offsets are easy since it's the LIVE up date and hopefully they leave Test alone rest of anniversary lol. Oh well 70 degrees here today maybe I'll venture into the great outdoors.
