Hey everyone, wasn't sure where to post this, but i had a question regarding VeryVanilla MQ. EQ had a patch today and updated versions, i saw there was a update for MQ aswell.. when i went to update macroquest i got an error saying
"Everquest Version: April 14 2025, 13:35:38"
"Macroquest Version: March 17 2025 18:32:44"
"These versions need to match in order to load Macroquest. One of them may be out of date. Loading of Macroquest cannot be completed"

There's no more update button to click either it now just says "Patch day -- Unavailable"
Sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere, not really technology inclined, do i just need to wait for the new version of MQ to come out? or have i made some sort of mistake, appreciate all the help sorry if my question seems dumb!
 
MQ will have to be updated. It takes time. When they change the game it breaks mq. Game comes back up and someone starts looking at MQ then so they can test any changes. Can take minutes or days. Depending on what changed.

Can see the status of MQ on the front page of redguides or by typing /status in the discord server.

This is typical, there was an update pushed and then they brought servers down. So they took down RG until the build can be verified
