Problem - Value cannon be Null error attempting to install via launcher

Trying to figure out how to get the software installed when I attempt to I get the following error. Any advice would be appreciated.

I tried manually changing the path to a folder for both MQ and Myseq and the same error pops up before it really attempts to install.

Antivirus running amok or file syncing or internet issue

reboot and try again
