Hi,

I just upgraded to level 2 and it still has me at level 1, I can't download the launcher. Anyoneknow a fix?
I've logged out and logged back in too.

An issue for users with locked forum accounts who don't unlock them prior to subscription. If this happens to anyone reading this, please either PM me (or @Sic) or use the contact link.
You can also fix it yourself by changing a single letter's cAsE in your email address.

after you logged back in, did you go to the rsource by clicking the big shield looking thing on the forum page and then click the download button there?

I have upgraded to level 2 and was charged twice, but still cant download anything in level 2, and the banner at the top says im not level 2.

Any idea whats going on?

I don't know what's going on with that. But I just stopped by to say "Mupdating?". I instantly thought of a Muppet updating software. Sorry...had too... :xd:

But in all seriousness, try logging out of the site, and back in.

I signed up for level two access over the weekend and I still haven't been able to access that content. It says I'm subscribed in my account details, but when I go to that forum section it says I don't have access. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It might be a broswer setting on your end, however, can also email RG help (on the landing page) and one of the site admins can take a look at it from the RG side.

honestly im gonna suggest the basics when it comes to browser issues ... did you clear your cache and history?, pop up blockers? did you dbl check your DL folder for a zip file?
Yes I know quite a few people know to try these steps and thoughts on the same note some forget are unaware.

You show level 2 (black band under your name) now. Hope it got fixed.

You mention "signed up" - not sure if that means you paid but if it does then it might charge you again unless you change your subscription to use the red cents instead of the billing method.

I entered into a paid subscription for level 2 access yesterday, but for some reason I can't access level 2 posts. Anyone able to help?

Welcome to RG. Tagging @Redbot to see if he can look into your issues. Probably just a under the hood thing that needs looked at. Redbot runs RG, so just give him s chance to fix you up. Will be great to have you onboard.

Hello!

Bought level 2 (with redcents) to try out veryvanilla, and it doesn't seem to have activated (getting the dancing high elf in level 2 forums). Tried several of the fixes in old threads (relogin, change case of a letter in email), and no change.

Thanks in advance! :)


(Trying out vv today was triggered by the fresh git pull for autoloot seems to be populated with autogroup instead, even though it looks fine in the web interface, and rather than try to debug my pull, i'll try vv.)

Please make sure to look before posting, there was a sticky less than half an inch above your post about lvl 2.

When I did the "change a letter's case in email" step I did have to re-validate email, possible my order of trying things was wrong?


I just tried again. Hitting checkout gave a server error popup, but it seems to have worked this time.

I've upgraded to level 2 but when I try to access and Level 2 forums I get the HEY, STUD message. The banner at the top of the forums also says I'm not Level 2, but when I look at my Active Subscriptions it shows Level 1 and Level 2 and I was charged for Level 2.

Space in the name strikes again? We had another member recently with the same issue, and the account name had to be bridged with an underscore.

I'm not sure - we had an issue with our system with spaces in the name, so i changed yours to da_Man, but still same issue. I tried gifting you a lvl 2 but also same issue --- I went ahead and manually assigned you a week of lvl 2 and then will let @Redbot take a look and see what the issue is.

feel free to open a PM with me and redbot if you don't hear back in a day or two
