I'd suspect sometime around these days in june

I know if you bought LS you got 3 slots with it. Im not sure if f2p will give you that when it opens.

It really sounds like if you bought LS when it came out, which is when we got the Persona feature, then you would get it on TLP. From the pre release:

Q: Will this be available day one on all Time-Locked Progression servers when the expansion comes out in December, or will this only be available on Time-Locked Progression servers when they unlock this expansion?
A: It will be available on Time-Locked Progression servers when this expansion is launched in December.

It really sounds like if you bought LS when it came out, which is when we got the Persona feature, then you would get it on TLP. From the pre release:

But the answer still stands. You had to have purchased the expansion at the time of the release.

You have to wait for the NOS autogrant AA's, unfortunately. And the persona slots have to be purchased in the DB store now. 3 persona slots per character per account were included with LS expansion purchase as a promotion.

No - those came with Laurion's Song.

You will get what comes with Shattering of Ro because it is the new expansion.
