You may go through many iterations until you get to something you like playing with. Use the links above to find something you like.
I found some 4k pieces and adjusted them to what I wanted, removing the frills (like health/mana bars having shadows).
If your using resources, try not to change your whole UI. Only go for what you need as some resources don't work or have issues with different UI pieces. Like mine, I only have 28 unique pieces out of 197 default.
Also look at what resources you can use. Alphabuff replaces the eq buff bars. MyUI replaces many pieces.
