Release Tutorial sic update (cause otherone was overwtitten)

Sic updated Tutorial with a new update entry:

untested update to fix mq.delay callback

- this *should* be a quick fix to the non-boolean crash / error with usage of mq.delay

instead of fixing all the .ID() calls to .ID() > 0, updating the Delay function should result in a fix too.

let me know if this doesn't fix it and i'll fire up a toon and test it

I loaded up my guys and tried to run the Lua. It now crashes when trying to start the Tutorial. I tried updating all portions of RG, MQ, and Lua. I even tried deleting the existing Tutorial folder and reinstalling it. Not a high priority I will just keep checking back in.

You guys are really awesome. I should really learn some of this stuff. While my experience dates back to 2001 Pearl / C and it can be frustrating I know how rewarding it can be to nail it and have things run exactly how you want.

Script has started and appears to be running. My toon is moving stuff around and noticing it on the cursor.

I do indeed, I was in game and ran /Lua run tutorial and everything didn't look right and it took me a few minutes to figure out why.
Git pull to the rescue.

Wanted to provide an update as I used this Lua last night. Ran like a charm from start to finish.
