Release Tradeskill Construction Set NeXt 4.1991b

Just wanted to say fantastic job with the recent updates. its working phenomenally

just fyi, cuz I just wanted to try it and see if I could make it... tried to make the spiritually faded luclinite stone of ingenuity, it wouldn't let me. and I don't mean tcg. apparently everquest added in min requirement to even attempt the new augs.

I've been making the Spiritually Faded Luclinite Stone of Proficiency with several toons whose raw skills are 313-314, and with trophy equipped, haven't had any issues.

Looks like you can make it without having the raw skill of 325..

I had created a little batch file for Eron's #3 quest, and now doesn't seem to want to load up when selected in the window that pops up when you hit "load|save|delete". It flips to the batch window listing, but no recipes are showing. I did verify that the batch file is still good.

Scratch this, I didn't see the second window pop up in minimized mode.

none of the Spiritually Faded Luclinite recipes are pulling up for me. using version 3.391b
is there something I need to do to update for NOS?

exit TCSNeXt.. /Lua run nosdbupd

Considering Nvidia's Direct MSRP is $1199 starting price. I'd say that's a very good deal
but it's a little overkill for EQ :)

Dumb question, but how do I stop the Lua script?

I was running a batch, and it failed because I didn't have enough money to buy all of the components. When the batch failed, the UI disappeared, and I couldn't get it back, but I also couldn't run the Lua script again because it told it was running in the background. I ended up having to log out and log back in to resume.

it is because the pause behavior has changed, the GUI goes away, if you correct the issue you can just type /Lua pause tcg again.. to resume..

/Lua stop tcg to quit altogether..

I found a crash condition.

Craft > Batch > Text Search > Summoner works.

Add the apostrophe for Summoner's and CTD.

I just got this and am trying to figure out how to make it work. is there any documentation on what order to click the buttons or do I just have to click until I figure out how it works? Also, when I try to run it - I know Im doing it wrong since am not sure what to do - it crashes with an "attempt to concatenate local 'p_id' (a nil value)"
1. I start the script, /Lua run tcg
2. click "Craft"
3. select Tailoring from the dropdown
4. click Load Recipes - it says "Artisian Recipe Load Time 3 seconds
5. click Go - it crashes

Once again, I looked and didnt see any documentation on what steps to follow but would be happy to read it if you can point out where it is. Im excited to support indie developers and I get documentation is the last thing to happen. I would love to be one of those posters who brag about how awesome this is, can you point me in the right direction so I can do that?

Are you getting CTD or red text?

I am guessing it is the prize.db , if you look in your TCN folder is the size of the prize.db 0 bytes?

When you 1st start you need to run tcgsetup and wait for it to complete before running tcg...

If you ran TCG 1st it will create a 0 byte file..
In this thread there are a few videos on how to do things, I will be migrating them to the instructions and adding new ones shortly..

It is red, i typed this by hand so there might be typos but the double \ in the path is whats reported, thats not a typo:
Release\Lua\\tcn\tcn_library.Lua:2598: attempt to concatenate local 'p_id' (a nil value)
stack traceback:
Release\Lua\\tcn\tcn_library.Lua: in function 'return_max_skip_flag'
Release\Lua\\tcn\tcn_feeder.Lua:3940: in function 'full_max_crafting_routine'
Release\Lua\\tcn\tcn_feeder.Lua:6358: in function 'run_max_list'
Release\Lua\tcg.Lua:9382: in main chunk

in the TCN directory there should be a file prize.db if it is 0 bytes.. we need to exit out of everything and just /Lua run tcgsetup.. if the file is locked we will need to exit out and log back in and run /Lua run tcgsetup before doing anything else...

The prize db is 868 KB. I ran tcgsetup before I did anything else and it worked with no reported errors.

Are you able to open prize.db and is the table max_trophy_table in there?

and what is the directory path to prize.db?

Also can you provide a snip of the prize.db open..

And what skill are you selecting?

I think I need more context,, you select a skill, and then click go and it crashes? It is acting like there are no recipes for whatever skill is selected ...

Also, are you using the launcher to get it or downloading manually?

Is it possible you have done all the recipes for that skill, I zero'd out the array and was able to recreate the error.
