Release Tradeskill Construction Set NeXt (4 Viewers) 4.1991b

If you select the GOD tab and run the alchemy test it should work from there. Quests that are for TSS and GOD are not part of standard crafting. They require interaction with NPC's which is baked into the GOD routine.

I need to know what you were trying to do and what context to provide some answers. (I.E. Standard/Batch/350(Artisan)/Quests)

Were you trying to run a trophy quest and which quest were you trying to run, if so?

Happens on any of the Trophy Quest I try to do. I had to manually get the quest also. When I stopped the Lua script ( via Lua Gui ) It crashed to the desktop ( CTD ).

I had the same error as I tried to conduct a trophy test that has not been implemented yet. I made the needed recipes in the craft section of this really wonderful tool.

Sell point is an action item for Standard Crafting, if you used destroy and auto-continue alone it would just destroy stuff forever. If used with skill-up it should work as long as the skill up is 300 or under.
Not sure if i understand the "Sell point is an action item" Is this supposed to sell items after being crafted ? as to destroying them ?

The goal is to sell the items under 2 conditions, 1 it is at least or greater than the sell point and the bag space is limited to under 4. This is what is being worked on.
 
Just a quick check: I want to start ts-ing, only have jewelry at 270 (without trophy, how dumb)..will this Lua help me get trophies first before i go off on the TS stuff? i did see some mention of it as well in here as on screenshot but best i ask upfront :)
 
Where do you start this? In PoK? I'm just returning and don't remember where the tradeskill area is
 
The recipe for tailoring Superb Hilt Wrap defaults to the container Feir'Dal Sewing kit but this can be made in any loom, is there a way to change this?

It will do the freebies to get you to 54 using the GOD tab (except for research) , it will then make the trophies for all the beginners using the Trophy Quests tab and it will do the Expert Jewelry Trophy (in the next release)

Been wanting to add a feature to pick which recipe you want to start on for Artisan/350.. Once I get this in I will release..
 
Noticed while doing some combines, there are a few item quirks.

Small Pieces of Velium to Small Brick To Large Brick to Block arent all covered. Not a huge issue.

When I did the Coldain Shawl 1.0 combines for Shawl #8 (well, the imbued royal velium <slot>), it was requesting 2 sets of Etching Tools, but the NPC only gives you 1. The initial smithing combine requires an etching set, and also the JC combine (botht he cut gem and imbued armor slot) require the tools. they are returned on fail, and you never usw two at once. It's a bit wonky there. The scrape from EQTraders might be wonko.

Also with jewelcraft, anyting using a single / duo / trio setting tool, or a trillion cut / marquise / half moon / squad / round / etc cut tool, it insists on running out to Stratos to a genie to go buy the tool. Those tools self combine in a JC kit to make the next one. Also for TLPs (we're at lvl 100), Stratos doesnt exist, so it just hangs in PoTranquility. PLus the JC guys in PoK sell the solo tool. I went and bought multiple copies so the Lua script would stop whinging. A few combines (i need to go back and look for these) wanted a duo AND trio setting tool, when only one is required for the combine. I think I was making dwerium compartmented rings when I ran into that.

Also, I started fiddling with some edits for cultural forge smithing for cats, wood elves and half elves. was updating some cultural recipes as i did them (from forge to cultural forge) and did some fiddly work in the Lua so they'd actually go do the combine. any interest in that code, to save you some effort? I was fiddling while you had the black death. the woodie/half elf one is finicky because kelethin is awful.

This is most likely by design based on the relative ease it is to get all these blocks from VL.

I thought it ultimately faster to purchase the tools and not spend time converting from one to another. Also, there was the matter of having 2 tools and converting them, and making sure you convert them properly. If you are TLP, my current advice is buy the tool from Nonny/Audri Deepfacet and convert them, having a full set is preferable.

quick question: just bought the lua..should i be able to dl -it or will it appear in VV?
Lua is not downloaded via the launcher and it has a ms redistributable that needs to be installed to facilitate using SQL. The files need to be extracted to the Lua directory with pathnames.

There should be install help information in the FAQ of the resource.

I'll shoot you the files I modified in a PM for cultural on a few races. Only did it because i figured you had built scalable code (correct!) and i wanted my idjits to go combine/destroy cultural for skillups. the biggest problem with kelethin and gfay, well, two problems really, is 1 handling the lift mechanism (didnt solve that bit - used origin instead then started the macro), and the redguides navmesh for gfay is badly broken in kelethin and causes halts around doors and ramps. I fixed (some) of that and didnt run into issues. woodies and ass elves might just be SOL though.

Take a look at the movement Lua.. look for the elevator code for crescent reach, may be a starting point.

It will grab all available quests.

It is always perplexing when I don't mess with something and know it worked or works and now it isn't behaving... I will take a look at it..

question on making single stuff (trophy quest for baker requires some already made stuff like 1lb Saltwater crab), how can i select that recipe and make it manually? since Lua script says i am missing that component (among a few others)

the saltwater is wrong exmaple since i need fishing lot for it, buit the question remainds, if i select Craft i get a few recipes, but only like 20 (in case of baking), some low lvl, some real high lvl...just trying to figure out how to search for recipes

Under the Standard tab under crafting you pick a skill and the first letter of the recipe and then execute the search. It will list all recipes starting with that letter and that skill.
 
Found an error in Expert Jewelry Test: says i need to make Imbued Platinum Topaz Necklaces, but it turns out i needed to make PLatinum Topaz Necklaces...so made em manually and handed em in manually...got trophy now
