Here is what the window show. The reward window shows up to convert but is does not select anything. Also it's not all the time. Maybe a lag issue? running 15 accounts atm

Edit: I noticed it's only when a collection is from Ruins of Shadow Haven Zone. The ToonCollect Window lists the zone as Shadow Haven, not ruins of shadow haven

So in the days of yore it was shadow haven and at an unknown time, or time I missed, they changed it to ruins of shadow haven. I will look into making the necessary changes.

question, are you able to add a "all achievements from an expac" instead of having to do it one at a time?
 
Just got this and its awesome so far. Is it possible to increase the limit of platinum by a substantial amount? I tried to enter in 750000 but it defaulted back to 50k since I'm assuming that is the max? Is there any plan to increase this?

I could, I figured it would protect from spending a lot on potentially common collection items or as a cash saver..

Is there a way to speed it up a tad? Taking me 5-10 mins to collect a single set from dispensers and I'm not lagging. Either that or get it to move on to the next set without me.

Also, I have been having an issue where it wont update the UI for the next achievement after one is complete unless i switch to another achieve and go back. Do i have a setting wrong?

Part of the delay is the structure to ensure things happen and wait for things to happen. I'm not against process improvement, but I am also for the Steve Jobs approach, if it works good for 1000 people and not good for 10 people, I will keep it status quo. The delays in general are for wide adoption so it works from the slowest to the quantum.

The GUI is not perfect and the updates are mostly time based, I can look at ways to optimize, but it is an inconvenience currently.

I get it, its just in an awkward space between too slow and not enough to do. Requires inputs and checking just often enough i can't work on other things.

The general thought I have on this and TCN is, if it saves you years and months, slow is open to interpretation.
