Question - ToL expansion ticket

I had traded for some Terror of Luclin Expansion tickets recently and right clicked them to activate it.

Problem is this:

I can not see if it is verified or if it worked properly, is there any way to confirm that the transaction worked and I have the expansion ?

what does it say you have access to at character select?

Plus you would have Beta access and the pre order item


But you will not be able to /claim items - ⁺⁺ Available to claim at the launch of the expansion or 72 hours after purchase, whichever is later.

When you click it.

In game there is yellow text to the chat window, but that is all.
"You now own the Terror of Luclin expansion, as well as the basic features it offers. Please log all the way out and back into the game for this feature to take effect."
I'm guessing this is a 'system messages' notification text.


If you were previously f2p, 25 of 27 expansions, it will now show all expansions unlocked, listing 27 of 27 when you look at the server select page and that ticker tape expansions banner goes by.

You should have the ornament as I think that is the only item that comes with the basic ticket.

It says 27 out of 27 as usual and nothing in claim or any ornaments given

I did a CoV ticket on one of my accounts last year during the pre-order period but did not receive the experience potion. So I don’t think claim tickets reward the pre-order item.

Yeah 27 of 27 would not have TOL.


Have you logged out to desktop

Do you still have the ticket item? Is in in /claims? Quest rewards?

27/27 is what mine shows. I have all of the /claims available from FoF package for ToL though.

Did you buy the expansion Oldman or just the ticket? He just bought the ticket

I bought the FoF and a single xpac.

I think if you use the ticket, you do not get any claims

Because I used ticket and got the message as stated above. But nothing new on claims window

Check your claim window, if you have the expansion with success, you MUST have the new shadow ornament.....if not, contact support asap

Of course it did get the shadow ornament in claim window after you consume the ticket. It's the same like you purchase from expansion window.
