Tempest Festival returns in a whirlwind of activity!​

The winds of change breeze through the lands as Karana once again calls upon his followers to revel and rejoice the rains and harvests in his name. The Tempest Festival is back, so grab a pint, bang your weapons against your shields, and let the heralding for the Throne of Karana’s Fury begin! 
Here is what’s new for this year’s event:

• New Quests
  • From Stagnant to Saltation
    • Ulorin Galestrider enjoys wandering the water ways of the world, and during his travels the storms have brought news of a rot spreading through the Gulf of Gunthak. He can be found catching up with Rosalind Mischeva in the Plane of Knowledge.
• New Collection
  • Rain Swept Relics
    • The Tempest Festival rains has washed down last relics from the Stonebrunt Mountain tops. Find these rumored relics to complete this collection.
• New Umbrella (Parasol) Weapon Ornament

These are some of the returning features from last year: 

• Overseer Quests
  • The inhabitants of the Jaggedpine Forest are worried about a new mysterious illness plaguing the wildlife. Recruit agents to investigate and get to the bottom of this new threat.
    • Recruit 12 agents
    • Solve 6 quests 
• Is This Madness
  • Questline and Achievement
    • Begin this quest series by speaking to Rand Tanlonikan in Barren Coast and try not to go mad.
    • Quests and achievement are available to players level 55 and over, and on servers that have unlocked The Buried Sea.
  • Mission
    • Loyelle Tanlonikan has been enjoying the lights of the storms reflecting in the water of the Buried Sea. She has seen some strange sights and is offering players a chance to investigate.
    • Mission and achievements are available to players level 100 and over, and on servers that have unlocked The Buried Sea.
• Collection
  • Curiously Crusty
    • Find the crusty Buried Sea seashells all throughout Barren Coast to complete this collection.

You can join in by heading to the Plane of Knowledge and speaking with Rosalind. Help the Mischeva Clan spread the blessings of Karana, by travelling to Qeynos, Freeport, Rivervale, Crescent Reach, and more. The Tempest Festival is a time to spread the blessings of Karana.

To participate in the Tempest Festival, heroes will need to travel to the Barren Coast and seek out Rand Tanlonikan. When the rains came to the Buried Sea, all sorts of trouble bubbled up from the deep and now he needs some help. Be careful that his task does not drive you to madness.

Loyelle Tanlonikan has also been enjoying the lights of the storms reflecting in the water. She has seen some strange sights and is offering players a chance to investigate.

Be sure you keep an eye trained to the ground throughout the Barren Coast or you will miss the crusty Buried Sea seashells you will need to complete a collection!

Next up, be sure to speak to Rosalind Mischeva in the Plane of Knowledge. You can help her by finding the Mischeva Clan that is traveling through Freeport, Qeynos, Crescent Reach, Rivervale, and the Plane of Knowledge as they help to spread the blessings of Karana.

NOTE: Quests and achievement from Rand are available to players level 55 and over. Mission and Achievements from Loyelle are available to players level 100 and over. These are all available on servers which have unlocked The Buried Sea.
