Does anyone know how to deal with the bomb specialist?

I got one of my tanks tanking her outside of my raid but seems like the explosion range is pretty huge. My guys are still in LS raid gears so I can’t eat the AOE.

we have been kiting the bomber and candle adds up by the raid start dude. takes a couple good kiters and a tank to peel the mobs and take them to the kiters. they summon something fierce. probably not the easiest way to do it but it worked.

The range on the bombs is 150. The AE increases in damage the more toons that are around the payload dude. We just have a tank and healer tank it 150+ away from the rest of raid and range dps it down. If you don't have much range dps you can take 2-3 melee dps with the tank but the damage is pretty harsh after 5+ gets around him.

We just OT it 200' away and have that tank also be the caster MA.

Have done it both ways mentioned. Off tanked itwith a dedictaed healer outtta bomb range and we have kited all the adds. Takes a focused kiter and those fighting the other mobs need to use something without an agro proc on it or some the adds will want to leave the kiter.

we just OT away from raid, Dedicated healer for that tank, and Caster dps / pet them dead as they spawn.

1 tank engages it at the bottom of the ramp( be glad they slowed her down she used to run at mach 25 ) ...range dps and pets kill it and the bombs she drops .. giant spawns the payload specialist. having pets on it helps in case your tank goes Splat!
