Question - Small raid comp advice

What would be the best raid composition to maximize efficiency with the following available classes?

War x1
SK x1
Pal x1
Clr x2
Shm x2
Brd x2
Bst x2
Ber x1
Mag x3
Enc x1
Nec x1
Wiz x1

I would add another Tank at a minimum. Then as you can afford, more DPS.

The question is "I have these char, how do i form my raid groups" I think.

I do Owlbear with 18, and 3 tanks although I do have a druid in addition to the 2 clerics and 2 shaman you have. I'd do something like:

War SK PAL BRD CLR SHM

MAG MAG CLR WIZ ENC NEC

SHM BER BST BST BRD MAG

You could debate about swapping a tank and BST from G1 to G3 but its not going to be a big deal either way. You could also debate a BST/MAG swap.

Edit: for the record - I'd really love to see a 3rd bard with the pet classes in that caster group. You're having to choose between gimping your tanks DPS or gimping your non-wiz caster DPS by only have 2 bards.

gp2: pal/clr/bstx2/brd/mag
gp3:sk/shmx2/ber/brd/mag

would be how I would do it for that raid. but with what you have its completly possible to do.
