I would like to make a trigger for my shaman to shut off Languid Bite AA when its slowing mobs at 100% health or mez'd.

#Enable Languid
downflag30=1
downshit30=/if (${Me.CombatState.Equal[COMBAT]} && ${Range.Between[20,99:${Target.PctHPs}]} && ${Me.AltAbility[Languid Bite: Disabled].AARankRequired}==0) /Alt buy 861
#Disable Languid
downflag31=1
downshit31=/if (${Me.CombatState.Equal[COMBAT]} && ${Range.Between[99,100:${Target.PctHPs}]} && ${Me.AltAbility[Languid Bite: Enabled].AARankRequired}==0) /Alt buy 861

This doesn't actually work but it's a start for your conditions/mq2melee/react

To avoid breaking mez with this aa while slowing, i use aaspend with this one to configure it at max lvl -1 to keep it disabled.

No, cause its casting them on mezzed mobs and mobs that will be mezzed

what I am saying is that you don't want to cast slow on mezzed mobs, so change your cast slow on 99% HP.

I am not sure what the command is to disable the ability. I know the downflag above does buy the aa, just doesn't disable it.

How do you set that in AAspend ini?

It's in your Toonname_servername.ini file. Under aa section of it. I am not at home so can't post that part of the file, but i'll do it later today.
But it should look like

0=Languid Bite|"Max aa rank-1" to keep it disabled.

AAspend should be set on auto if i remember well.
