Problem - Shaman buffs and healing problem

Yes

I have my lvl 120 shaman trying to buff my lvl 40 toons and it keeps getting stuck on lupine spirit . Also will not check for the level of the character for the max buff available for other spells

I meant to add that I cannot get my shaman to cast HoT spell on my assist target

Current is not a build. Shaman is not a class config version.

Perhaps you want something like guild buff assistant?
We don't support memorizing x level buffs for y level toons.

Edit: you could customize a config to do that, if you really insisted, by commenting buffs out.
