I got my mug in the mail, and upon opening I immediately dropped it. /sad
Never even got to hold it, stupid packaging. Well , time to save up for another. This was my fault I get 'shaky' sometimes, not asking for a replacement, just sharing a moment of Sad Frog.

I was excited, not even for me though..its my daughters birthday, big 11 . I thought it was a gift of hers arriving. I was a utter dum-dum and never even looked at who sent it..

I am glad you posted this thread. I just bought a mug, didn't realize it was there but it's ordered now. Got to have my morning cup of clarity in my Redguides mug.

lol its cool. I was sad to be honest, but only AFTER I saw what popped out and fell. I have some Ataxia from surgeries, so it happens. Incredibly bad timing for me is all. Feels like a 'Truman Show' moment...
