IRL - removing movement buffs hotkey

Any suggestion on a hotkey to remove all movement buffs? Right now I'm just going through an clicking them off before I start a mission or grind.

make a hotkey to block them and another to unblock them

Make a hotkey with /blockspell add me <Spell ID> <Spell ID> <Spell ID> <Spell ID> add a pause then add the line /blockspell remove me <Spell ID> <Spell ID> <Spell ID> <Spell ID>
