You should contact us asap, through that link or on discord. You likely had more than one account on RedGuides or Undergroundguides dating back to 2001, and it was merged.

Everything from July 22nd to August 1st was lost in the transition, this was planned and we had an announcement this would happen. If there's something you really need PM me and I can dig it out of the backup

Seem to have lost access to the Groups I was part off. Can that be reactivated somehow? I'm surprised noone has mentioned this.

Groups had to be wiped. But I know some owners, like @william12, have recreated their groups. Send him a message

just a quirk of the system, your real subscription date you can find in the subscription manager.
