Hmm my Quest Journal has never shown all the quests I have completed. It only shows the last 3 months worth. It does not show any Overseer ones. Using default UI.

I use the /ach area since many of them are there.

Old timey quests were never tracked. In fact, your "progress" was only based on having the correct item in inventory and being able to hand it to the correct npc to get the next thing.
