Sometimes if I don't kill a critter fast enough and it runs, it will sit indefinitely on my extended target list and kissassist will just sit there. Is there a way to auto clear out targets that are 400, 500, 700 feet away from me?

sometimes it works to set it to auto if its been bugged out.
But in general the answer should be no. You shouldnt be able to clear aggro that way.

Once every 15 minutes all? classes can fade aggro, if they are at hight lvl.
