Question - Paying for an ini

I am looking for a bad ass melee dps oriented KA ini for a high end 110 ranger. (Ranger is in top 10 server wide). Having a hard time building it myself. Would pay handsomely F&F if you could do it...if you have time. Melee because he fights mostly in tight quarters so rarely ranges except to pull. I am not worried about aggro as he is fully geared and max aa yada yada...

Shoot me a message please if you are up to the task and know what you are doing

I tried Surfdog, I've been messing with a melee DPS ini for my ranger after I updated and changed the RANGED one I released, but I'm finding the melee DPS version seriously sucks, like half the DPS of the ranged if not more, I'll play with it abit more this week and see if I can tweak it, if I can get it upto 100k DPS (yeah, really, having issues getting it past 100k, the ranged one has no issues...) if I get it working I'll release it to the community
