The only thing from that list that matters in the slightest is your own burns. The rest is nice-to-have-but-doesn't-matter fluff if your goal is to maximize raid dps. Raid encounters are short enough that most of that crap doesn't even factor into the play.
What it doesn't account for is where necros shine on most events they're able to dot 4 or 5 mobs at once and really run away with the parse.
This is mine for group necro its not world beater or anything but i do hit around 1.5m dps outside of raids under 2m. A few notes this prioritizes Defiler's Synergy it will not dot until you have this one and it has a set rotation for dots it will not put dot 5 on the mob until dot 4 and dot 4 until dot 3 etc etc etc. It only uses 6 dots for a raid you might want to go with 8 or 9.

This looks pretty good! How would I go about adding in the Unity feather and anguish BP into this on burns?
Add them to the dps section with conditions. For the feather just check if you already have the buff or if your mana is low or something you could probably add it to buffs also with a mana check
