Yes it will unlock the past ones but only the expansions not the special items on sale right now that are IN the NOS expansion.

Last year you had to pre order to play in the beta.

I don't think you can use a Krono to pay for the expansions. Its only for subscriptions, plat or items in game others are selling.

They no longer offer sales on Krono or subscriptions.

Sorry to clarify I was just meaning did subbing allow the 10%discount to stack on top of the 25 which someone already answered yes! Tempting offer for sure for the ftp boxes.
