Problem - Need to start over

I have messed up my game so bad I have not been able to fix anything! Can someone tell me how to start over? Can I just delete NEXT files (I now seem to have multiple ones as I tried to fix things and know nothing about computers)
If not is there a way to uninstall them and either way what do I need to have things normal again? Save the Config folder?

I downloaded NEXT after I deleted the old file but everything was scattered and then I wondered was it supposed to be Very Vanilla not Next and I have so many copies of the folders I deleted and then restored because I figured I need the char files. config or ini files....
Anyway I am not going to be able to do this and I just paid for my Chanter, Wiz and clerics new thingy for redguides.

Any tiny suggestion would be appreciated.

I would just started completely fresh install, and then drag your config folder over to it.

point your rg launcher to a brand new empty location, install, and then copy your config folder over then go back and delete any folders that aren't the one you're trying to use

My Son put Redguides on our other computer long ago
I didn't watch, but we have the ones that are like MQ2Enchanter (plugins I think?) anyway I get confused because I was using RGMercs Lua Edition (I think) my Son set up in Dec, but it all stopped working and That's when I broke everything....

I decided I should buy the MQ2chars for my 3 like we run on the other computer and just start over.

I can't as of yet get the /wizard show? window to open
Also I can't find whatever file (AutoLogin)? would bring back my group profiles to launch?

Never mind I think I might have part of my answer, although with the game down I can't try I have not /plugin mq2enchanter load for the new ones I bought.
Fixed the log on groups too!!
Big website takes me along while to find things, and I did watch the instruction video before I started a thread asking for help, somehow I did some things wrong anyway.

make sure to check the Plugin tab of the RG launcher to ensure you have downloaded the files.

of course, patch is down currently, but once it is back up, check
