Question - Necro weapons (LoS raid)

Going to be taking a necro into raiding. Been a long while since I've done any raiding. Should I be trying for a staff or 1 hander and shield?

I run 2h using a Valiant Essence of Power myself. Curious to see the consensus though. I use 2h on all casters and sword and board on clr

It's all about the 2Hander you can use a NoS T1 or ToL T2 to great success raiding. More Aug slots better combined stats than the alternative.

I’m a raid setting this is irrelevant due to heroic strike through
