MQ2Addicts is required if you're going to run our packet hacks in order to use the following plugins. MQ2AASpend, MQ2Ghost, MQ2IstantMem, MQ2OcFarTrade, MQ2Pax, MQ2Piggyzone, MQ2RWarp, MQ2Supercast, MQ2ZoneLock

It should autoload if you use the Macroquest.ini in the compile. If not, please /plugin MQ2Addicts in game. Packet blocking is no longer part of MQ2Main.

MQ2DoCrack.ini is included. Thanks Czarman!

I'll say it again just in case it was missed: MQ2ADDICTS is REQUIRED if you want to use our packet hacks. Please be sure to load (/plugin MQ2Addicts) it in game if you do not use the Macroquest.ini I provide, which will load it automatically.

I've been getting alot of crashes with EQ since this patch. I cant two box even it crashes when I try to load a second instance of EQ.

Windows - Application Error

'The instruction at 0x77826b0d referenced memory at 0x0000076c. The memory could not be read'

BTW It seems tied to the instruction. Whatever is referencing memory seems to be crashing it. I got the same instruction with memory reference 0x00001360 with the same message.

Grrr it maybe the new fellowship crap. Try the temp compile and see if that works.

Could be related to HUD as well as it is accessing group exp and other stuff. Try disabling HUD if it is loaded.

Well this sucks...

I tried the temporary compile and it seems to work. I'll use it for now. I dont think it was the HUD. While I had it loaded I didnt have anything displaying. I first suspected docrack but I unloaded it and it still happened.

The temp compile is exactly the same as the official except for some Fellowship updates that were posted yesterday at MQ2. These were some major changes in the last 2 patches and I think there are still more bugs to shake out. I will be watching for posts about these issues closely. I expect more updates over the next few weeks.

It looks like dialog boxes are crashing me. Accepting Rezes manually and trying to move bots in and out of fellowship CTDs.

MQ2Rez works fine, which leads to think it's UI related.

Are you using a custom UI? Does it CTD on default UI?

I don't know what's wrong, but as soon as I use a macro like /mac healer or kiss even after unloading mq2melee and the macro I was using ,the toons still want to stay where I ptu them, I can unload almost everything and it still does this, i have to camp out, then back in to fix it. Also, I seem to not be able to stop them from auto following whoever I started their assist as.

did you check the ini file theres settings to make them either stay in camp or follow the leader in kissassist

Yeah, I have them set to stay in camp but this is happening on toons that are not even running kiss. shambot doesn't have this feature or healer mac. Seems like once I have the mac running and i /fol someone it will not stop following them even if they are a puller. I also find that they will start running around in circles randomly then stop again. This have anything to do with mq2advpath?

These are the plugins I load besides the default NA plugins that come with every compile.

mq2Pax=mq2pax
mq2cast=mq2cast
mq2ocfartrade=mq2ocfartrade
mq2Exchange=Mq2Exchange
mq2eqbc=mq2eqbc
MQ2Advpath=MQ2Advpath
mq2ghost=mq2ghost

Sounds like mq2advpath it gets whacky sometimes. Make a hot key with the following line

/afollow off

That disables advpath if it gets stuck. if that works you know its mq2advpath

Kissassist 3.7 has 2 commands to control return to camp and follow

/chase - Toggle chase/follow Main Tank on/off
/camphere - Toggle return to camp on/off

Shambot autofollow is

/t shammyname autofollow
/bct shammyname autofollow (if you use mq2eqbc)

bleh, I had a test plugin that accepts task adds and gets the rewards that was causing the CTDs.

For those that like to compile on their own Source Code for 20110701 just uploaded as attachment 1st post as usual.

Piggyzone and Fippyzone are crashing 90% of the time on TLP servers. Usually it just crashes, but sometimes it will make a couple zones and crash halfway on the path.

/fade works every time, though

Any testing I can do to help identify what's going wrong?

Hey just found a issue, (Fippyzone) Butcherblock to ocean of tears doesn't work, unless you are right next to the translocator.

While we're talking about Fippyzone, what do I need to do to get it working for Kunark? If it's something that can be easily explained, I'll take care of it.

Seems to be working fine other than the butcherblock teleporter problem for me.

I'm curious, is anyone working on updating the fippyzone for the upcoming releases of Kunark?

Was just woundering if there was any ETA on the fippy zone for kunark yet?

Wahhhh wahhhh. So it took me 5 weeks to fix it wahh get over it LMAO. Don't use mq2piggyzone on TLPs.

New mq2fippyzone and mq2fippyzone.ini uploaded. Let me know if you find any problems. :)

Maskoi, thanks for updating! I still get crashes with fippyzone, though. I just used it three times in faydwer, going to a faydwer zone. The latter 2 times, I crashed instantly and logged back in right where I was. What can I do to isolate the issue?

Edit: I zoned over and tried it 3 more times. Crashed all 3 times.

No clue bro. I spent 3 hours testing 4 accounts on vulak and fippy zoning all over the game from Erudin to Dreadlands and had zero crashes.

Sure you have it loaded but /plugin mq2addicts

Make sure you delete both the mq2fippyzone.dll and mq2fippyzone.ini file before copying in the new ones. Also try /plugin mq2piggyzone unload see if that makes a difference.

Where were you trying to zone from and to when you crashed and where is the toon bound?

Yeah, addicts is loaded.

I deleted both the .dll and .ini, then replaced them with your new files. Same result.

It happens everywhere and on various toons, all bound in different zones.

What I have found is this still happens 90% of the time, but if I unload the fippyzone plugin, then load it back in, it works 100% of the time so far. Any thoughts?

No clue. I couldn't duplicate the error or even get it to crash. If unloading and loading it works just make a hot key on each toon I guess as a temp solution.

Hot Key:
/plugin mq2fippyzone unload
/pause 20
/plugin mq2fippyzone

Some dude posted in another thread about MQ crashing for him in Windows 7 64-bit. I can't find the thread now, but I think he was using an EMU MQ version. I'm running Win7 64-bit. Think there's any possibility it could be related?

His problem was different and not as specific as yours. As always though check the following

eqgame.exe
macroquest2.exe

All should be set as
Run as Admin
Windows Compatibility Windows XP SP3

I believe mq2 is reporting Me.AAExp incorrectly which may be effecting it. Won't fixed until next mq2 release.

Hello,

I am having an issue with a macro, which i believe is not the macro itself but rather the compile. Im trying to run cskillup macro posted in the macro section on a mage level 72. It memorizes all of the spells and targets pet and just does nothing and sits there. Any ideas?

That macro targets pet usually to raise evocation. Are you in a zone that you can cast offensive spells? It won't work like in POK or guild lobby or hall.
