Are the most recent live server offsets working for anyone? I can't seem to get them to work
 
Did I miss out on something? On Phinny the last 2 expansions I haven't been able to use MySEQ and see the map....I just saw dots on screen. I have maps for those zones but SEQ doesn't seem to show them

Any help would be appreciated.

did you update your offsets? every time eq is patched those change, so you need to update your myseqserver.ini
 
Yes I update every time its needed/patch....or it won't load..... the way it is now it loads and shows mobs where they are but no map layout.... so I know the mob is to the NE of me but have to look at regular map to coordinate /shrug

I would double check your myseq settings and verify where it is looking to load your maps from

I will check that, wanted to mention that in any/all zones older than TDS it works as usual but TDS and now TBM zones are without map layouts
 
Not showing offhand items, and most player characters/all NPCs are missing their mainhand items with latest offsets.
 
Not sure if theses are done in house or if they are the same as from the helpdesk, but the offsets over there are the same.

Its possible they changed something so that data isn't reported to the client anymore.
 
Mainhand/Offhand Offsets (everything else seems to be correct):

Anyone heard rumors that they might find credible about DPG collecting info on people using SEQ to run a ban wave?
 
Is there a way to record all pc character names that pass through a particular zone over a given period of time? Id like to get an idea of how much traffic a zone gets in a 12-24 hour period.
 
Either a plugin that checks onspawn or a macro that loops a spawn search. I'm not familiar enough with MySEQ to tell you how to do it with that, but with SEQ you could trigger a log on spawn that matches a search.

I'm looking to get some help in troubleshooting an issue I'm having with audio alerts.

What I'm trying to achieve is:
  • When a ground spawn item appears, an audio alert plays.
  • When a specific NPC spawns, an audio alert plays.
Interestingly, I actually had this working yesterday, but then I added a new item to my alert list, and then the audio alerts stopped functioning.

Just to provide details of my configuration, here are screenshots:

Regarding the above, I set up two categories to play audio alerts: Hunt and Danger. I have verified that the audio file exists and plays without issue.

Above is my config file for the zone.

On the one instance this was working as I was wanting, the audio alert did play both when the NPC spawned, as well as the ground spawn item appeared.

I have made sure to reload the alerts after making the above configuration changes. I've tried restarting the application to no avail.

Would greatly appreciate any input that anyone has on this! I'm probably just doing something obvious wrong.

I've never used alerts with ground spawns, but if what you show in your image there is what you're looking for, you will definitely need to have the name of the groundspawn as it shows in myseq without "Name: Groundspawn1" etc

Just to make sure I'm understanding, what exactly does that mean? I need to configure the name of the NPC and ground spawn item in some other area of MySEQ aside from the Zone Alerts configuration area?
 
example: in Dranik's Scar, there are a few ground spawns there

<oldfilter><regex>Name:2HStaff</regex></oldfilter> or just 2HStaff would also be fine
<oldfilter><regex>Name:Generic</regex></oldfilter> or just Generic would also be fine
<oldfilter><regex>Name:Soulstone Shard</regex></oldfilter> or just Soulstone Shard would also be fine
