MySEQ is an EverQuest map that runs in its own window, showing location information of PCs and NPCs. It's considered the best map for multi-boxers, even superior to both in-game and MQ2Map.
MySEQ was started by cavemanbob and Lyenu in 2003 as a Windows version of ShowEQ, which began in 1999.
Both clients are maintained at http://www.showeq.net
This resource maintains the offset file (myseqserver.ini), you need a new one each patch. See the installation guide below for client instructions.
This version is for Live & TLP servers. Also see the Test server version.
Install
1) Download here:
http://www.macroquest2.com/main.php?p=download&product=myseq-incmaps
2) Extract to a folder that you'll remember.
3) Right-Click Download and Save Link As...
4) Run server.exe and click "Reload" DO NOT CLOSE SERVER.EXE
5) Run MySEQ.exe
Update (after every EverQuest patch)
Every patch breaks MySEQ. Please wait for us to update, then follow the instructions below.
1) Right-Click Download and Save Link As...
2) Run server.exe and click "Reload" DO NOT CLOSE SERVER.EXE
3) Run MySEQ.exe
(eqmule maintains the client MySEQ. If you like it, please send him a few $$!)
