Hello,
This may seem like a trivial question and I'm sure it's just something I don't understand about Hunter Tank mode with CWTN plugs. First, I love the CWTN plugins. Second, the MQ2wizards is amazing. That said, I am currently lvling a wizard for the first time molo. When I initially started, I could run Hunter Tank in field of bone, no issues. But the higher I am getting the less Hunter Tank is working. I haven't changed any setting since I've started but I cannot seem to get this to work now. I've tried Mistmoore, Overthere, and a couple other zone. Anyone have a quick fix to what I may be doing incorrectly?

you're not really saying at all what your issue is

"the less hunter tank is working" doesn't explain much.

what exactly is your issue?

The sticky has a lot of info - including "how to ask for help" so you can provide the information needed to help you.

I suspect you haven't adjusted your pull radius / zhigh/zlow

Single box, just a merc up. It seems in the past that when I've selected Hunter Tank it engaged and was hunting down mobs within the designated pull radius. Now when I select Hunter Tank nothing happens.

Apologies - The pull radius is 250, Pull high is 100, Pull low is 100.

pull radius of 250 is pretty small, zradius 100 high/low is pretty low as well.

did you check the debugpull?

A: Not pulling a mob is almost always an issue either with your Navmesh or your pull settings. If you do a /wiz debugpull on once it will cycle 1 time and spit out in your MQ window allthe mobs and why you are not pulling them. Compare the output with the mobs you think you should be pulling and it will tell you why. This will notify you if you have no nav path, or out of zradius, or radius, or on ignore, etc.

In addition to what sic said. Layer 3 on your map should show your pull radius to help give you an idea if you're going to pull something visually. This doesn't apply to pull height.
For pull height. Set high and low in the map to see if they appear to know if they are in the zhigh and low accordingly.
 
Plugin was working great for cast fire until i got Ethereal Conflagration Rk. II, the plugin loaded the spell and now it just sits there and recasts buffs and whatnot unless a multipull comes in it'll do the aoe portion but no single target nukes.

Gonna need some more information.

Ethereal fire is a special line with special handling, but without knowing any details of spells you have loaded, settings, etc, it is impossible to guess.

unrelated msg - i'd suggest using AutoAssistAt 100 full time for all your toons
Ice Meteor is "Cold Nuke" which requires "CastIce" turned on which you have turned off

Ethereal line utilizes some "Smart stuff" which fires during things like twincast, or GoM - it isn't just fired
Shock of Magic is "Magic Nuke" - which requires "CastMagic" turned on which you have turned off

Circle of Fire would be fired when you have 2 or more mobs in range of that spell

Greater Concussion is part of the "Concussive Jolt" line which is used for aggro

Tears of the sun would be used when you have 2 or more mobs in range of that spell

Ether Flame appears to be something you memorized in that gem slot which we don't use

and the rest are buffs

long and short - you're not using a few of the spells because you turned their usage off
 
I can't seem to run my Wiz oplugin suddenly, I have tried reupdating a few times. It gives this message.

A I thought I have a lic. I guess you mean the wiz plugin I bought, I can't find where I can see if it expired.
B/C I have 2 others on the same loader and they have no problem, just the wizard, so does that matter?
I can see if I can do these other things :)

The sticky has an easy link to get to the "my active licenses" yah I believe you have an active one

You'll want to a: ensure it is downloaded via RG launcher or redfetch, and then also you're not having any issues with antivirus quarantining any of your RG, MQ, or eq files/folders

Maybe I'm missing something simple but I just want to cast the group TL to bind

I was expecting /wiz portgroup Bind, /wiz portgroup Group or /wiz translocate Group with no target to do the group port to bind.

the translocate aa is a "push" since you're pushing folks and not going with them

you'd need to be more specific about which ones you're trying to use.

I'll take a look (prolly tomorrow), you might not be able to do command line for some of those special things

I've tried "/wiz evac Lesser Evacuate", but it throws an error message, "Your input appears to be invalid. buffer:".

yeah if it isn't something the plugin says it has - then it wont do it.

what this means is that ability is missing :p

so i'll look at adding it

This plugin is not useable for me at all. My lvl 80 wizard on oakwyd, keeps sitting midfight to switch slot 8 between cloudburst and glacial collapse. Not sure why it is doing that, but i had to remove the plugin. Any ideas on how to fix this?

that sounds frustrating

mq2wizard doesn't swap spells during combat at all - can you show me a snip (without toon names) of having mobs on xtarget and the mq2wizard output window showing it is swapping spells?

if instead you mean "there's an issue what chain memorizing these spells xxx and xxx during downtime - that's something different entirely and i can take a look

at level 80 memorizing cloudburst bolts

so if cloudburst is memorized, we don't memorize ice cascade.

Mq2wizard was swapping gem 8 between Cloudburst and Ice Cascade. I will take a picture of the window and upload. And, I swear, it does it mid combat. constantly

hrm, yeah - well, mq2wizard doesn't actually know how to swap gems in combat at all - only during downtime

and only when the times i mentioned are - so if you can you give me some more deets so i can figure out how to replicate your issue, then we can see
 
Is there a way to make sure my ward of destruction AA will not fire during burns and such? Can be a nightmare in raids were CC is needed. Do I just need UseAoE off?

Anything that is frontal or cone we already do.
 
Ohhh. Yes! Do you know what the optimal number is for Wiz? the default is 60 and that brings me very close to the mob. would 240 be reasonable or I need to be further out?
I think the answer to this is gonna depend on the raid and how far you want them standing to A) be safe and B) not engage too early
