Hey all!

New guy here again, do you all recommend the warrior CWTN plugin? I work with a shaman/berserker on a TLP and drive on the warrior so I am unsure if this would still benefit me or not. I appreciate any and all input!

you can "try" the cwtn class plugins on the test server with just your RG lvl 2 sub before deciding if you want to purchase a license

I use CWTN plugins on all my toons. Warrior was the 1st one I bought. Its great. It really helps not having to mash buttons over and over. It reactions to situations much faster than I can and consistently. I recommend it. It seems to progress nicely as you level.

Howdy just had a quick question with regards to what the warrior plugin uses for pulling. Currently it is just face pulling everything want to see if there was an AA or Disc I am missing for it to pull with some sort of range.

due to the sad toolkit warriors get for pulling we use bow/arrow

Q. Why am i having issues with bow pulling?
A: Make sure you have your bow equipped, and arrows in your ammo slot.
We nav to the mob and if we find eq->mq says we have line-of-sight on the mob we'll throw some arrows. EQ is slow to update bow pulling because arrows have travel time, and then also take time to populate xtarget window. I would recommend considering using huntertank mode with everyone else chasing - it actually will net you more kills and less downtime. if you want to have a better pulling experience on a warrior - i'd suggest getting a staff of viral flux.

Is there a way I could possibly force it to use the Scowl line to pull? even its smaller range would be better than running face first. being able to add a spell or disc into the pulling line would be a nice addon I believe. Just a thought though thanks for the responce

nah, it is still not a good candidate in our opinion would still run into the same issue if you're having los issues and end up face pulling anyhow

should consider getting a staff of viral flux - or just huntertanking and fighting the mob on its spot instead of pulling back

I'm sure Sic will give a more detailed response, but depending which discs you're talking about, make sure burnallnamed and burnalways are off, and make sure your burncount number is artificially high. This will prevent the plugin from burning and using most of the longer re-use discs.

you can pause or unload mq2war if you don't want it to do warrior stuff.

yep burn stuff is used while burning

tank stuff is used while tanking (assigned as group main tank and/or in a tanking mode)

but no, there's no "please dont use any discs"

I sometimes run it while raiding even thou on raid mode it will taunt something or aoe something I don't want even with use aoe set to off or unchecked .so I use it on maunal. But every now and then my burn disc will interrupt my tanking disc. while tanking a raid mob with Final Stand disc it will stop it and pop Perforate or Brutal unslaught.

we only do taunt and other aggro abilities "while tanking"

there is no mystery
there is no sometimes
there is no "accident"
raidmode has 0 bearing on it at all

Not much you can do about that - if you want to tank and do tank stuff be in a tanking mode.

Edit: Sic replied while I was typing.

Second Edit: You can work around some of the auto target acquisition stuff of mode 7, by using a very small camp radius, /war checkprioritytarget off, and hotkeys to switch from "tanking" to "DPS" modes.
