Plugin - MQ2War (9 Viewers) 3.1.52471.11

Hello, im almost new to the community. Im using all the plugin on test server working great.

Im just having problems with War, he have a bow and arrows, when doing the grind he target the mob but isnt throwing.

If im not wrong i have the "DisablePullAbility" switch on, so im assuming the war should throw arrows but isnt, something more i need to check?

Make sure that your Tank configuration is set up for your warrior along with the warrior Class configuration. There are buttons to help configure to CWTN, RGMercs, KA ... but you should move this topic to the MQ2Grind thread :)
 
Sirs, is the war normally supposed to use vehement rage? Mine hasn’t been, I know with the recent war changes to battle leap it’s now decent to use.

Vehement Rage is part of your Tertiary Burn. Meaning it will do two previous burn groups before finally getting to Vehement Rage. In addition, this is an offensive ability so we don't use this while tanking as it lowers our incoming heals.
We do have a note that it doesn't stack with battle leap, but it also specifies that there is a small minimum damage boost. We don't use it if we have the buff "Heroic Rage"

This does now have a small boost to spa185 mods since the battle leap adjustment. However, you would gain nothing from it if any of the things listed with a higher % are on and minimized gains when anything else on the list is on in the photo below (screen shot of a post from war discord from when the battle leap change was initially made on test). One not on there is bard war chorus at 12% spa185

Ok my oldest toon I have is a warrior, I love running that guy manual mode and Sic Tank are awesome modes if you want the thrill of smacking baddies up side the head or on their toes in my case without the worry of missing defensives or AA. Just something about Chopping down Giants as a Hafling that is so fulfilling to me. I Love these plugins This was the first one I bought and it inspired me to get them for the rest of my groups my efficiency went way up you guys rock.

I keep getting this weird freeze up crash on my main screen playing my driver toon which is a warr using your plugin. What happens is im playing every things going fine then out of the blue my whole screen freezes but i can see my self on my other pc which runs 3 toons i can see my self moving if i use wasd. if i try to minimize / alt tab that screen which is frozen it gives me the error i posted above. Its pretty rare when this happens but its been happening for a couple weeks now ish.
I am starting to run into this exact same crash (pointing towards Windows' d3d11.dll) since the last patch. 5/19/24
Did you ever find out / resolve it?
I have DDU cleaned out gpu drivers / reinstalled, ran SFC /scannow and DISM checks with no errors reported.... still getting it after a few minutes of play time. It'll either happen to one, two, or three of my 6 active characters within minutes of going and exp'ing in any zone.

Well that looks like an eq crash not an mq2war crash.

If you're using the new EQ UI, I'd suggest trying without it

New UI option has been disabled on all boxes since it became an option; I seem to recall having disabled it across all clients for some reason or another. Possibly due to the non-default UI I use.
That being said, even with the default UI - getting crashes still within a minute or two of loading in.
Will keep digging around, I also noticed in the discord that some people had luck with disabling mq2xassist. No luck on that front either.

Copying clients over to secondary PC and running everything there seems to be ok after a ~30 minute session; So the main PC could be having an OS / dx11 / gpu driver still.
 
This question is specifically for doing the Slayer achievement. Is it possible with all of the CWTN plugins to make it so that I can farm multiple camps in Hunter mode, where all of the other toons do not come running to assist when another toon has aggro?

For example, if I am in a zone where you can farm multiple model types (for example, giants, gnolls, goblins, centaurs) and I set one toon up in each camp in Hunter mode and farm all at once? CUrrently, when I do this as soon as one toon gets aggro, the rest of the toons come running from across the zone to help out. I'd like them to ignore aggro on another toon and stick to their camp.

Is this possible?

When I log on my war, he spams the item "Backplate of Blessed Resilience", which is a Shadow of Rejuvenation buff, which he already has. It will be clicked indefinitely until i go to the Downtime section of Addclicky and either Deactivate or Remove the item.

I've also tried holding the cloak and typing /war remove clicky downtime, saw it leave the gui, but when I logged back it was there again and spamming.

But, the next time I log in, the item is back on the Downtime list of clickie and spams again.

What am i doing wrong?

you need to deactivate something that is getting automatically added - because otherwise it'll be re-added.

just deactivate it.

This makes this setting incredibly inefficient. I’m better off, setting up camp and using my Monke to pull with his group watch on cleric only so he ignores my warriors endurance, and just continues to pull. If I could get the endurance usage down or set to a minimum value as I said above I could get a lot more use out of my time in Hunter tank mode. :)

Nah, no plans on doing that.

if we don't have "modern endurance regen" (at 86+) we only use the aggro timer 8 and 9s if your target doesn't have you as their target. but i don't know as you didn't give much context or information (please check the how to ask for help). Last time you asked for help you were in the 70's, so i'm specifically mentioning that because if you don't have a lvl 86+ Endregen - we only use it at the time i mentioned

otherwise we use it.

there are some other lines/abilities that are also under that same "modern end regen" as well - knuckle would only get used if you are burning or you are modern end regen, for example.

group watch on cleric only is going to watch self and cleric - yep there isn't a "cleric and warrior"

Hrm yah that is definitely not intended unless a camp is set. If a camp is set, we intend to break invis to be "battle ready".

Lemme peak at it.
 
Breaks invis on me when I'm running thru zones unless I make sure I click it off manually before running to force it to cycle so I'm safe to run for a while with invis. It's when I stop for a moment while running that it kicks off if it had dropped while zoning or running. I rarely if ever do camping. I'm usually in missions or hunter tank ... trying to stay in zones where I'm the only one.

Yah for sure, definitely not intended unless a camp was set. I made a fix, will likely rebuild tomorrow.

We use abilities as we're intending to. We're not going to just stand still and not use our abilities.

There are a bunch of things we either only use when we lose aggro or we are burning if you're sub 86 since you don't get "modern end regen" until then.

Unfortunately, some level brackets warriors (and other end classes) kind of got shafted, and I never seem to see folks complaining to dbg about it

modern end regen is when they get the end regen lines that start at lvl 86 with "Respite" make sure you're not missing that and have the highest rank of it you can get

Planning around the reprieve seems to have fixed the issues, need below 25% end to activate it and it has a high uptime. I lowered med on low end to 5%. I also invested in combat subtlety on the bst to lower threat by 40% because they were peeling anytime they have mana over "nukemanamin". Is there any way to override the mana mins for dots and DD's when burning?

I set mine to 0. F Endurance :-)
 
Having some problems with charmed pets and the Warrior staying locked on to the mob. This normally seems to happens when they are fighting a mob and the enchanter makes a pet out of it. Sometimes I can switch from puller tank to sictank and target another mob, other times I need to camp to clear agro before I can attack anything else.

Anyone have any suggestions. Clear target doesn't seem to help and clearing the mob from the Xtar window doesn't help.

if it stays on the xtarget window, then there's nothing we can do, eq is saying we can fight it

you're not target locked (we don't switch back or stay on anything) so if you need to change targets, do so.

but if eq says we're aggro'd on something, we believe them
 
Could be, but also was a raid environment so spam is out of control and could’ve missed it. Or it could just be lag. Will keep an eye out on next raid to see if it happens again.
 
Can we add Flash of Anger rk1-3 line to multiple mobs and boss line? It's a very important ability. I haven't been seeing it trigger at all for both mass pulls and bosses.

Also, regarding endurance. As a end game raid warrior main who has been playing warrior as a main since Velious I see the tool is a bit too aggressive with some of the abilities even on trash mobs where it is a bit unnecessary. This is causing a high amount of endurance usage. Will pull a parse and reply in line with some observations. Otherwise it is has been working great.
