I was going to say no to all that... but I surely did NOT double check the camp radius so if I somehow changed that with a bad hotkey/alias/script that would kinda make sense. I'll keep my eyes open for that. If I see what I did I'll comment back.

and you have working mesh files for the zone that you're in?
 
Yeah it all works perfect the second MQ2war reloads. I haven't had time to try to recreate it, I found a spot that work and stayed there for quite a while. So I am guessing it happened when moving my camp around. I just got my new computer and eq ui setup and new hotkeys and all that so I could easily have made a mistake in them.

well, if your socials are setting something incorrectly, it would probably be beneficial to post the code from the socials here.
 
When running in Hunter tank mode the warrior will not always fire an arrow and just run close to a NPC and wait for agro before attacking, problem lies when the NPC is non agro is this intended or am i dumb?

It is mentioned a few times in this thread, I'll add it to the FAQ.

Arrows have travel time and, especially if you're on a laggy server, xtarget takes time to populate, combine them and that will sometimes happen where you WILL fire arrow and then continue towards the mob.

The other thing that happens is that you don't just willy nilly wander around a mob, you nav to a mob, and if you get line of sight on the way to it, you'll stop and fire. If line of sight doesn't happen, or you're too close by that time, you will go and bop the mob.

If your warrior is your main I'd suggest getting a staff of viral flux vs using bow/arrow.

I am not sure what happened, but I am crashing when changing to mode 5 on my warrior. everything else seems to be working as normal. I have another machine that I have not updated today and that group is running fine with War in mode 5. Anybody else seeing this??

** Seems to be any puller mode, crashing my rogue as well set to mode 6

ditto, 3 times now since i rebooted and patched!

Last 2 crashes happen when my warrior auto loots. Going to try and change master looter to another toon

well that didn't change anything....
 
migrated back to the previous release and everything is working again. should be pretty easy to reproduce.
 
Not sure about SK, but this mq2war.dll fixed mine. You may need the sk file from the history tab for mq2sk??

Not sure if this will help, but its also doing it on mq2pal.


Server : Test
Zone : FM

No other macros / Lua anything, just cwtn plugins running. Few minutes into Hunter mode, tank crashes, no report nothing, just dissapears.
 
On live (FV), max AA 120 in ToL zones, runs fine in both static puller to camp and hunter tank (war and SK tested). Using YALM as my looting tool, have overseer mac, guildclick, boxhud, mq2status, and boxr running (rest is standard VV stuff). Group is war, sk, rog, ench, cleric and wiz (its quickest group I could make).

it is related to using groupwatch settings.

For what its worth it stopped happening. I think I had camp radius left on something pretty small from something i was doing right before i took a break from playing a year ago. Not quite sure why restarting it got things going but the small campradius seems to be the most likely cause. Similar issues on other toons was probably just me being dumb getting back into the swing of things. Just wanted to followup with a resolution to my problem. I reset the campradius to something reasonable and haven't had anything but my own obvious mistakes cause problems.
 
Hello, I am lvl 85 on war and loving this. Only issue is I seem to go thru my END in like 2 mins then have to rest. I have turned pretty much everything off. Only thing i see is knuckle smash going off and using a ton of END, problem is I have no idea how to turn that off. Possible anyone knows how? Thanks!
 
don't get too hung up on being low endurance. Eventually you'll get abilities that boost your regen so it won't be an issue. But the answer to your question is no, it's going to use your abilities on-cooldown. You can still fight when out of endurance, it's not like a cleric where they can't heal without mana.
 
Hello, I am lvl 85 on war and loving this. Only issue is I seem to go thru my END in like 2 mins then have to rest. I have turned pretty much everything off. Only thing i see is knuckle smash going off and using a ton of END, problem is I have no idea how to turn that off. Possible anyone knows how? Thanks!
I'll take a look and maybe gate knuckle usage behind "modern regen" which starts at 86

yeah i think that change makes good sense - we'll still use it only if we're burning until you have "modern regen (86+ EndRegen)
 
Anything that would make an 85 war on TANK mode just randomly sprint half the zone and kill himself? Happens at least once an hour. Had same issue with Enchanter but I turned off assist mode and that helped.

no there is not.

you may have a bad mesh and it was pathing to a mob

but emphatically no there isn't.
 
Yea i think it was something to do with a mob that was pathing i saw the mob kind of warp on pull so I placed it on ignore. ty!

well as i've mention in some other places, I didn't think it would have much impact as it is because of the reuse time on it as it is.

so without > you < providing some more information on what > you < think is causing > your < endurance use, i don't really have a good answer for you - and even then, it may not be something that we adjust (but i AM interested)

might check your gear / buffs --- unfortunately even Bst paragon doesn't do endurance until 86
