Redbot updated MQ2Rogue with a new update entry:

When I use the check box on the GUI, i do get acknowledgement in the plugin output, just cant give it the command for some reason 1600122494316.png

no it isn't case sensitive. and again =1 is not valid at all and the previous command you typed was "exeiburn"

"exeiburn" = invalid
"exeisburn=1" = invalid

you can use "true/false", "0/1" (that is zero and one), or "on/off"

In Hunter Tank mode, if it happens to lock onto a mob that is JUST outside a valid pathing location it seems to run to the mob, stop just short of it, then stand there fidgeting slightly turning left/right but never engaging in combat.

Edit: The mob is just off a navigable path, but under Settings->Mesh->Custom Polygon Extents it has just enough to still allow for reaching the mob. This seems to confuse the plugin.

May be working as intended.... however may be an option or feature to be added if possible. When set as Hunter Tank (which is a tank mode so I get it) rog doesn't move to the back of mob for use of backstab when not on HoTT (aka not mobs main target), just ran into this while trying to level up a new rog now lvl 37. Not going to be any issue once any camp mode is established.

Currently running Rog w/ healer merc and Clr with warrior merc. So warrior merc is tanking but Rog stays facing the mob. Like I said not a major issue or problem just something I noticed that may wanted to be implemented if easy enough.

Loving the CWTN pluggins and as always you guys rock

Edit: not sure if this could be done with a something like IF statement not on HoTT move to rear of mob (just getting started into programing and trying to learn/pick up here and there lol)

when the stick check is called it checks if you have aggro or not and then does either behind or otherwise based on that (normally). in this instance you are tanking, so the stick is going to be in the front once you reach distance that stick kicks in

Maybe try PullerAssist mode instead of PullerTank mode
 
Im trying to add my poison as a clicky but the second I pick it up out of my inventory it force drops it back into the inventory so I cant type the "/rog AddClicky" command with it on the cursor. How can I stop him from dropping it back into the inventory the second I pick it up?
 
/rog pause on
then add the poison
/rog pause off

Because the leggings are a summon it needs to autoinventory the poison, so you want to add the poison first, then add the leggings.

if you haven't watched the rogue video - you might find some answers to questions you didn't know you had in there. (like the poison thing, or corpse dragging stuff, etc)
 
In what circumstance is Cloaked Blade used? Burn?

I havent seen it firing
secret blade line is used in combat (not specifically only during burn). it is your timer 20 "Cloaked Blade", "Secret Blade", "Hidden Blade", "Holdout Blade" listed in your "SecretBlade" group

loaded in a 110 rogue to check and uses it exactly when expected

Can you give some more information - anything specific happening when you don't see it firing?
 
Will check later when i get back online, just noticed that the icon in hotbar was available to press
 
UseAlliance = Will only try to use alliance if there are 3 or more of your class in the group. IE: yourself and 2 more rogues in this case.
ForceAlliance = Doesn't care how many rogues are you in your group. Will use alliance anytime it's available and you don't currently have a buff from, or the mob doesn't currently have a debuff from an alliance ability.

are there some hardcoded checks w/ usealliance that determine when it's used other than additional rogues in the group? like a rog endurance check, or mob hp check, or maybe the burn/burnalways settings? i'm using 4 grouped rogues, but i only have alliance checked on 1 and it's not being applied. forcealliance works perfectly, but i don't really want to burn 8k endurance for a mob at 10 percent. do i need to check usealliance on all the rogues? i'd test that myself but ... some of them don't even have alliance. oops.

it checks that the mob doesn't have the buff from alliance, that you are fighting your target, you have usealliance on, alliance is ready, and either your class count is 3 ore more, or you have force alliance on.
your class count is checked when the plugin turns on or when your group changes.

here is no requirement for endurance check (other than being able to use the ability, same as all the combat abilities), no mob hp check, and it has nothing to do with burn

it doesn't care if your other rogues have alliance or not

ok good to know - I wonder if something is whacky with our check on when group changes - i'll make a note to look at it
 
full disclosure, i purchased the plugin today and loaded it while eq was already running. i'd reformed groups and zoned a few times and it was working (like a boss) but it's possible it was just one of those things that wouldn't have been an issue if i loaded into eq. maybe. idk. that's your realm of expertise, way above my paygrade!
 
so i am trying to run the plug in and get a message saying

how do i fix that, also someone was saying I could use these on test server without paying for them, is that true if so how do I do that?
 
I edited your photo to remove your character name. It looks like you're on the test server. The reason you're getting the error is because the download here is for live. All the CWTN Plugins are free on test, and come with very vanilla. There is no need to download them at all. You'll want to delete the MQ2Rogue.dll that you put in the release folder and try running the updater again so that it can try to download a new copy of the plugin for the test server.
 
when i was in pok i was able to see the extra UI window with the abilitys but i zoned the window poofed and ive tried the /reload command but it does nothing. any help with this ?
 
So I'm travelinh and in a hotel in Texas. I loaded up a few toons but they won't assist my warrior unless i do it manual. Enchanter doesn't mezz rog/zerker/shm won't assist. any idea on why? All are connected to eqbc.
