Release MQ2KissBuffs

Redbot submitted a new resource:

MQ2KissBuffs - update KissAssist_Buffs.ini no matter what plugin or macro you're using

This is intended to be a standalone plugin to update the KissAssist_Buffs.ini files on a set intreval in an "always on" fashion to allow for users to operate toons manually or with alternative plugins/macros and still write to the buff file so that toons using KissAssist can still read their buffs!

This is branched from my personal source which was included as part of MQ2BerZerker/Rogue/War/Eskay and after discussing it with Sic decided to create it as a standalone plugin for everyone to...

Redbot updated MQ2KissBuffs with a new update entry:

removing old IDs from the ini file

Update MQ2KissBuffs to handle removing old ID's from the INI file. Now removes INI entries when you shutdown the plugin or log out to character select. No longer writes blocked buffs based on a separate timer. Since blocked buffs can be checked without opening the window there is no need to additionally throttle the check since we're already writing to the INI anyway.

Redbot updated MQ2KissBuffs with a new update entry:

workaround for chain-casting issues after zoning

Remove some whitespace.

Add a timer in OnZoned to be used to prevent buff updates for 3 seconds after zoning. This has been successful in testing to prevent chain casting following zoning.

I believe there is no reason to do so. To my knowledge kissassist now uses dannet, and still contains code to do it's own tracking.
